Add to Outlook Calendar link opens sign in page and not invitation

Hi, have you ever encountered an error with Learner Notifications that have Outlook calendar link? Add to Google works fast and fine, Download ICS does the job as well, but Add to Outlook calendar link opens Outlook web version sign in page. Even for logged in users with web version open it still does not direct to invitation that can be added to Outlook calendar. While testing from other devices I can see this working but cannot fix for myself, what browser or Outlook restrictions could cause this?

Hi Daria,

 

I have had another customer have challenges with this and we created a new Substitution to overcome this issue.
If you add the {{downloadCalendarIcsWithOrganizer}} substitution to the Learner Notification the ICS file will be attached to the email and when opened will create the event in Outlook.

Please give this a try and if you dont have any luck please log this as a support ticket so the support agens can troubleshoot it for you.

Thanks for your reply! ICS files work fine, so no issue there. Only the link to web version is confusing.
