Has anyone experienced the following using SCORM Connect?

  • We have Sublicenses within Panoramas that use SCORM Connect. We have received feedback from clients that learners are disabled in our TI Academy system but not in their own LMS.
    • Note: We think it might be related to recertify action and revoked_access (the course being revoked from the learner’s access after recertification is triggered). However, TI support has told us “there’s no trigger in our system that would automatically deactivate a user upon recertification.”
    • Question: Has anyone experienced users being disabled in their TI platform but not the 3rd party LMS? If so, can you provide how that is happening?
