I have a certificate that is loaded in the CAM, and attached to several courses and learning paths. I have one student in particular that has completed the learning path, she sees her certificate in the student progress widget. When she clicks on “View Certificate” the screen flashes and returns her to her student dashboard. She doesn’t see the certificate. When I impersonate her, I cannot get to the certificate either. However, if I enter as another student, there is no problem - I see the certificate just fine.

I have tried re-importing the certificate in the CAM, re-assigning the certificate in the learning path. and no luck… Any thoughts?
