Using Pendo?

we used pendo to link to our old LMS and plan to do so as well when we launch our Ti product in July!

We use Pendo on TI! Happy to share our use case if needed :)

I know this is an old post, but I hope someone is still available on the Pendo front.  We currently have a link from our Pendo Resource Center to Ti via SSO.  It works well, but we had to add extra code because our customers log in through different regional servers, so we need to adjust the log-in link based on their region.  

The need to account for each user’s log-in region has limited our ability to add Pendo info badges and guides with links to specific courses.  Do any of you have to deal with this or a similar situation?  If so, can you provide guidance on how to set up info badge and guide links to account for this log-in process?
