Anyone else experiencing and outage with all SCORM content within the platform?

Need to know if this is a global issue or just an instance issue before I go to Ti Support.

 

 

I’m having the same issue in my instance.


Okay, so most likely a platform issue. Hopefully we’ll get an update shortly.


I checked the TI Status page and there was no mention of any issues, so I went ahead and put in a work request.


Just checked and looks to be resolved. Phew, crisis averted.


Thought Industries Status

Just FYI for anyone else who stumbles upon this thread. Second day in a row a SCORM issue has arisen in the platform  and we are not seeing any updates on the Ti Status page.


I have a ticket open with TI Support and I’ve updated my CS rep but I’m getting annoyed that this seems to be happening more frequently.
