Display a floating Popup Box on the users dashboard to provide the learner with information about upcoming courses or events to help create demand and increase enrollment.
Specific content items or events are only released when the demand is high enough to warrant the investment in time. If, based on sufficient interest we schedule a course or event we want to ensure that all interested parties are informed when they log in so they have the opportunity to register. We have tried emails, but this is only a once off alert. We need to ensure the learners are well informed to ensure we receive sufficient registrants.

On the dashboard that the hovering popup is required, create a new HTML Widget, make this the last widget on the screen.

It is possible to add images as well as hyperlinks into the popup.
