👋 Hi Community – I’m Sammie Valladao!

I’m the Manager of Customer Education here at Thought Industries. I’ve been with the team since 2019, starting out in Support before jumping into Customer Education—and I love helping our customers succeed on the platform. I’m all about creating useful resources to make your learning experience easier (and hopefully a little more fun!). I also geek out over building processes and finding ways to make things better—there’s always room for improvement, right?

I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, with my husband and our energetic toddler, who keeps life entertaining. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me tackling house projects, playing sports, or chasing after my kiddo. Fun fact: I once worked in an olive oil tasting room, so I officially know more about olive oil than anyone ever should!
