Hi everyone, 

I’m Sarah Devine and I’m the Senior Manager of Technical Support here at Thought Industries. I’ve been here since 2019 and since then I have worked with our Professional Services, Product, and our Technical Support teams—it’s definitely safe to say I love working here!  Some days you may find me in your Support tickets, responding to your Community posts, or engaging with you in an email, other days you may not directly interact with me but chances are I may have been a part of a solutioning conversation pertaining to you!

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the beach, reading a book, cooking, or likely doing something that engages my parasympathetic nervous system because I enjoy my peace. I’m generally a calm and collected person who focuses on (and enjoys) finding solutions, relaxation, and not taking things too seriously.
