What´s the best way to keep track of the instructors that are leading scheduled events, and be able to do meaningful reporting with that data? I don´t see any built in fields to add this information, and we want to be able to visualize trainer feedback averages and other trends based on the instructor that delivered the training. Any suggestions? 

I recently set up Due Dates for all my learning paths for my side of the org and I’ve noticed the only way a Due Date is being assigned to a Learning Path is if a Manager enrolls them into the Learning Path.Here are some screenshots of some reports showing the Type and Source with Due Dates and without.Manager enrollment creates the “Enrollment” type and generates a Due Date.Learners starting LPs from Catalog doesn’t generate a Due Date.What am I missing? From what I can tell, I can’t go through and manually assign due dates for each Learner to Learning Path, but why if they access it from the Catalog, it doesn’t generate a Due Date for them?

It was called to my attention by a client that they were able to see the “Author” field in the content catalog on a custom Panorama Dashboard even though the Display Content Authors slider was turned off. The default is to display the Grid View (where Author field is not shown), but when a learner switched to List View, the Author field appeared.I was just wondering if that is by design or if it’s a bug? It’s a custom dashboard using the catalog widget. I thought before I tried a support ticket, I’d just see if anyone else had noticed this or if it’s acting as expected?

I know that TI is not designed to have 1 learner in more than 1 panorama, but I’m guessing there is someone out there who has had to deal with this. We have a customer who may (most likely) have some crossover customers with our main customer base & some of our pano customers, so we are trying to come up with some solutions on how best to deal with this -my first idea is to have their learners use a bogus email address, but I really don’t love that idea.Would love to hear what anyone else has done. Hello,I’m looking for a solution to create custom pages that will be visible and available only for users from the specific panorama. If there is the way to do it? Maybe using the coding?I checked the TI articles and there is the information that we can enable separate branding for Panorama but then we can customize just the learner dashboard and home page. I would appreciate any suggestions.Thank you,Alena  

Is there a way for me to move the Rating (5 stars) to the top or bottom of an article/video rather than only displaying it to the side in a sidebar?The sidebar takes up so much space on the page, so I have turned it off, but I would like to get feedback on individual articles/videos. So, any options for displaying above or below? 

HIWe are exploring ways to utilize Thought Industries course/catalog data on our marketing automation solutions. Could you confirm if TI platform supports providing an RSS feed (or similar auto-updating feed) of course information (titles, descriptions, URLs, publish dates, etc.) for this use case? → embedding TI product RSS to marketing emailsIf a direct RSS feed is not available, are there recommended approaches for exporting course catalog data in a way that can be consumed by marketing automation tools (for example, via API endpoints or scheduled exports)?Thank you for your guidance.

Does anyone know whether a new learner can use anything other than an email address for their username when creating their account via redemption code? Or if they are invited manually?

Hello! Wanted to know if anyone else is having any issues with emails that are sent from the TI system not being received by customers?Currently, it seems that about 10% of our gift invite emails (ecommerce - buy 1 as a gift) are not being received by the gifted recipient & are not going to spam either. The email activity report shows them as delivered (usually with some notes that I can’t actually decipher).We tried to edit the email to remove some potentially questionable content that AI identified as possibly questionable:  ex- removed “accept gift” and changed to “access your course”. This didn’t seem to make a difference.Just posting here to see if anyone is having similar issues or if you have any ideas for us.Thanks! 

On the Details page for a course, if a learner doesn’t have access, it shows a JS Error modal with the message: “Sorry, we are not quite ready yet, come back soon!” (image below).Is that something we can customize in the platform? I searched the Translation section and am not finding it.

Does anyone else run into issues where, when a Learner expands the text for a Highlight Zone, the text is cut off, and they cannot scroll to see the top? Any information or feedback is always appreciated! How to set it up so that the person responsible for the course can get email notification about a new comment in their course and can react and response to a comment and keep the discussion flowing? I’ve made changes to the Content Types on our platform and would like to use the new set-up as a filter in a custom look under Reports. Nevertheless, the new content types didn’t appear in the filters even overnight but it shows only the old ones - which we already have deleted. How often the new content types and other settings are pushed to the reports and when could I expect to be able to update the custom look filter?  Thank you again for your support! Best,rsep

Hi all,I’m working on setting up knowledge exams and uploading separate GIFT files. 4 of my files keep coming back with this error “We were unable to parse the GIFT file you uploaded. Please make sure it is a valid GIFT file and try again.” I’m using the same template for all 12 of my files, so it’s strange to me that the same 4 are coming back with errors. I’m new to GIFT - thus the template - and I need to know if there is some common mistake I need to check my files for? Google hasn’t been helpful. Thanks

Hi folks,I’m stumped and I thought I would run this question by you all.I have a learning path that has a milestone with a few items inside of it.What I want to do is create a dashboard in Ti that mimics a handmade sheet in excel (that unfortunately we use).I created a dashboard like this…..It works (sort of) but it does not show the other items in the learning path that Amos has not completed.My filters look like this…………….Content details lists all of the items in the learning path.Content status lists all of the options including ‘not enrolled’ and ‘not started’.My thoughts tell me I should be seeing the learning items in the path that he has notenrolled in or started as well.What am I missing?Much thanks!

How can I add clickable timestamps under the video if the video is embedded through the Wistia integration? Ideally, when a user clicks the timestamp, the video jumps to that part (no new tab opening). 

Hi Everyone! We are looking for a way to easily assign downloadable content to individual learners.We have tried articles but it doesn’t look great at all when trying to use it just for the file download. For Instructional videos, we are able to use the video content type.For Downloadable PDFs we are able to use a micro course with a PDF viewer with download enabled.We have yet to figure out how to share a downloadable excel file or similar items. Does anyone have any experience in trying to do this? What did you find works the best?

We’ve set up a “choose your topics” learning path where the learner first goes through an introduction to the topic, then they choose which areas they need/want to learn more about. The Learning Path then assigns the next topics based on what they’ve selected. The learner can choose one, two, or all three topics. This was my first attempt so I kept it simple. In the future I’d love to build out learning paths that assign content based on a learner’s experience, answers to a pre-test, or different levels of difficulty. Is anyone else using Adaptive Learning Paths and if so, what are the scenarios?

I’m curious how others use the archive and delete functionalities for courses. What is your strategy behind archiving vs deleting?

I’d like to report on my MAUs (both seeing the number for the current month and as a time series month by month). The pre-built report by Ti doesn’t work for us because it doesn’t allow us to filter out internal email addresses.I have tried using Learner Engagement by Date and Views Timestamp Month to recreate the Ti-built chart and then to filter out the internal emails, but the results are always slightly off.All of my users are in one panorama.

We have badges setup through Credly but when I go to pull reports on awards I do not see them as being included. Per an article from TI: https://support.thoughtindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045745594-Setting-Up-Gamification “Reporting on awards is available at Reporting  > Reports > Learner Actions > Awards Details. Here you can filter by award type, date, learner, or role type as well as download the report.” Why are these excluded? I am aware I can pull reports in Credly but I am trying to compare numbers because they are off from one system to another.
