We just want to confirm something quickly.Example: A coupon code is issued that expires end of July Learner redeems code July 28th for content in a Learning Path The content in the learning path is available to the learner for the duration of whatever is in the course enrollment settings (i.e. if there is no “end date”, the learner can access the material forever)Is there anywhere else in the platform we set access end dates that I’m not seeing?Thank you!Amy Vujanich, GitLab 

Our milestone descriptions are not showing up on the frontend of our learning paths - what are my steps to make them visible to users?

Hi,is there a way to break the text in the course description in detail page? Currently there is a plain strain of text that might be difficult to read through in case of more content added. Would there be a way to split it into paragraphs? Thanks for confirmation! :)

The key fields I need are: Course Name (title) Course description (or whatever description fields the LMS stores) Any associated Tags (nice-to-have) So far I can only get Course Name to appear; the description field isn’t showing up as an available column.Help!

Hi,would you have any tips on how to nicely adjust the iframe with a web page in the HTML embed page type?I added a page with 100% width so it scales on mobile but the height is not adjusting and the frame is super short to browse anything really (screenshot below).Would you have any idea what I can do to adjust the windows size on the course page?Thank you!

Is there a ways to see what new features are being developed in TI Labs - I don’t mean the released ones but the pipeline? Would be great the have insights on what is coming. 

Can Manager accounts be enrolled in content via Auto Assignment, or does it only work for Learner accounts?

Hello,Can you please suggest how to check in the Reports (can also be the custom reports) the expiration date of the particular user account?We use the sublicenses to set up the expiration dates for specific accounts. But inside one sublicense users have different account expiration dates because the expiration date is dependent on the date when they were added to the platform. I would like to have a report where I will see where is the expiration date for the particular account. Thank you in advance for help,Alena Egorova

We have Skip the course detail page when the learner has access on to make the enrollment experience smoother. However, the redirection seems very slow and the details page is still visible for a split second. Is this something that can be improved? We were thinking of using the External detail link to avoid this. How do these two features work together? What are some scenarios we might not be thinking of here?

I like the Example 1 and would like to implement it, but when I do, the text of the pages in the menu gets even smaller and is hard to read. How do I change the page titles to a bigger size in the menu bar? 

Hello community, I would like to query the TI database to report on the results for assignments within a Panorama. I’d like to see the grade, status and evaluator comments so that I can run an AI analysis on learner progress/challenges. How can I do this?

We would like to link directly to the milestone on a learning path page, eg. from the description at the top of the learning path so it’s easy to navigate between them.

You have the ability to embed SCORM into the course window, or you can have it open in its own window.  Which do you prefer and why?  The new window option gives you the ability to size the window or accept the default size.  Embedded means less steps for the learner and less more likely that can seamlessly continue the course and/or end the course.  Thank you for your thoughts and considerations.

Has anyone implemented breadcrumbs for navigation? Our devs say that the backend and the structure of the URLs isn’t built to support this natively, but for an improved UX we are seriously considering this.

Hi,I am looking to generate a report that includes the following metrics within a specified time range: Total time spent by learners on the LMS platform Number of learner visits Any guidance or suggestions on how to retrieve this information would be greatly appreciated.

We currently have SSO set up for our instance via an icon in our product that directs users to one of our panoramas and provisions content based on their role in our product. It works great. However, we also need users to be able to log in since they use a different product. So, we split them into two different panoramas - one for SSO and one for logins only. We are looking to set up the SSO for the one panorama only, but running into the snag that we have users who SSO into our product, so we don’t own their identify, we just verify it and let them in. So, it appears that if a user SSOs into our product, we wouldn’t be able to kick them over to TI because TI won’t be able to also verify their information? Has anyone dealt with this? We do not want to create a panorama for each customer and set up a different SSO for each customer. 

I have a client that would like to assign more than one learning path to their learners. The SSO documentation does not illustrate the structure for passing more than one value. What would the correct structure be?"learningPathSlugs": [“learning-path-1”, “learning-path-2”],

Hello everyone,We’re currently exploring options for offering our LMS in multiple languages, both in terms of the user interface and learning content.While I’ve reviewed the native multilingual capabilities in TI, they don’t fully meet our needs,especially since we use a lot of custom script and UI customizations, which aren’t covered by the standard translation settings.I’m curious to hear how other clients are handling translations: Are you using TI’s native translation tools? Or have you integrated any third-party solutions like Crowdin, Transifex, or Localize to manage this more flexibly? Additionally, from what I understand, each language variant of a course must be created as a separate content item. The idea is that the illustrations would serve as a visual aid for solving each question, even though the questions themselves will change. Ideally, I’d like to upload or link the same three images once and have them appear alongside each question, rather than uploading them repeatedly.Is there a way to do this efficiently?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,I am reviewing some content (webinars, courses..) and I would like to see the modification history with dates and names. Does anyone know where I can see this? I could not find anything in the courses themselves, and I tried to report but the “author” field did not give me any result.I shoudl be able to go into a course and have a section where I can see when it was created, by whom and the history of all the changes that happened after that with the names.Anyone has any idea where I can see that?

We have a customer managing their own Panorama with 150 max seats, and assigning sublicenses to their customers. They were unable to add more seats in a sublicense seat limit, and totaling up the number of seats set in each sublicense, it appears they had hit their max 150 seats.  However, the dashboard view that shows Occupied, Allocated, and Seat Limit, shows that they’ve only allocated 54 of the total.  Is there a better way for the customer to get a view of what is truly available vs. what has been allocated via the sublicense limits?
