On the new release email, I see that there is a new report for meeting attendance….“You can now access all of your meeting rosters in one place. Our data engineering team has created a new dashboard that combines enrollment and attendance (roster) records for all meetings, including ILT and VILT meeting types with automated and manual attendance. Use this report to pull all attendance for a single learner, a course, or a specific period of time.Find the new “Learner Attended Meetings” dashboard by visiting Reporting Hub > Library.”Am I missing where to filter this by date? It is only showing back to the start of February for me and I don’t see how to adjust the dates?  

Hello,I am trying to create a basic report showing me how many times our LMS site is accesses per month. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Ti provides a canned Login Details report (Path: ReportHub > Library > Site Activity > Login Details).  I’ve tried and tried to recreate within Explorer reports but not having any luck.Thank you in advance,Wayne

Is there somewhere I can go to see what reports I have scheduled, edit the criteria, and generally manage delivery?  So let's say that person A receives a report and Person B would now like it also.  For the sake of a use case, let's also say that it's a standard report and I don't know which one or who I initially set up, the criterium, etc.  I have a feeling this may be a product enhancement suggestion but thanks for the consideration.  Currently, I do not know who I have scheduled for what.  I did also submit a help desk ticket for this but if possible, it seemed others may want to know.

Hello, We are trying to build a report that shows the following information regarding content in our system: (I do not want to see any learner details)Content/Course Name/Title Content Type Custom Field: Last Reviewed Date Custom Field: Contact Person Tags (if possible)Purpose: for compliance purposes we have to prove we have reviewed content and updated as needed. We have created two custom fields to help us deliver this information but can’t seem to find a report option to even start this report as it’s all learner or view based … so if anyone can help that would be super!Thanks!!Julie

I’m looking for a report that shows the pass/fail percentage of each individual question in an assessment. I don’t particularly care which answer folks are picking, or who is getting it right/ wrong. Just trying to get a grasp of which questions people are struggling with, and which ones might be a bit too easy.Does anyone know if this is possible/ how it can be done?Thanks in advance!

Hello! Looking for insight as to how others may be managing reporting within TI. We currently are only looking at the native reporting options within our platform.We have learners who are completing knowledge assessments, receiving the confirmation certificate email that they have completed the assessment but are not appearing on the course level report as complete. If I go into the learner, I can see that they have completed the assessment. This is causing issues with our department leads as the reports are not showing correct data. If I create a new report, through the reporting hub (create > how are learners performing on assessments), we still do not see the full picture of the course / learners. Am I missing something? Anyone have any tricks?Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you! 

Hi, everyone!What report should I generate to find out the existing users we have? We have paid for X amount of seats annually. Can you please point me to the report that you generate that give you the accurate figures? This will help me determine whether we need more seats for our contract renewal. I’m not finding how to get a report of all my learning paths? The Content (Site) report doesn’t include the Learning path content type from what I am seeing.Any assistance? 

Hello. Do there is any possibility of customizing the colors within the Client Engagement Dashboard? Charts’ colors are not adjusted to our branding and I’m wondering if there is any way to change the colors within this report?   Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions,

We have a unique use case where users may potentially switch between two panorama views, this makes it extremely hard for reporting since the last visited panorama will be the one that the user now “lives” in. This means that despite the user previously completing an action in panorama A, their user reporting will reflect them as currently being in panorama B, meaning we potentially may be losing a lot of user data/ user action data when we filter reports by panorama (since we need to report on usage based for each panorama). Time-stamping exists in certain reports but we have not been able to successfully utilize the current reports for our purposes, essentially we’re looking for time-stamped panorama information to reliably filter for panorama A-only historical data. 

Just wanted to know if anyone used the merge report function and got the report correctly.I am trying to create a custom report based on the below filters:-1. All Sublicenses in the Panorama2. All Learner - Name and Email id3. Learner Content Status - Started, Completed5. Certificate Status - Earned Date and Expiry DateI tried to create a custom report based on the above requirements using the merge feature, I merged 2 reports - Learner Content Progress and Certificates, however the report is not giving me the expiry date of the certificates, but when I do individual certificate report the data has the expiry date.When I merge the certificate data with Learner content progress report the expiry date gets lost.Is there a suggestion for this, please.

I’m trying to create some reports I can share with others regarding Learning Paths so they can easily track learner progression. Am I missing something regarding using a specific Learning Path(s) as a filter to show a learner’s progress on the courses within that Learning Path? I start with this report here: and I can’t seem to figure out how to add the course names to it.I feel like my ask is very simple and I’m just hoping it’s my newness to the platform is the problem.

Has anyone found a reliable way to track Daily Active Users/Monthly Active users across multiple Panoramas? At the individual Panorama level TI has the “Learner Usage” report which shows visits across time, but these need to be exported from each Panorama. At the main site level there is “Logins” which is part of the Reporting Hub Library, however, this report will not track users who access via SSO (it appears to only track username and password logins). Unfortunately, my organization is split between 50% of our clients using a password login method and 50% under SSO. If anyone has suggestions of where to start it would be appreciated! 

Does anyone else use the reports that are found within content under the “Release” section? I’m finding the Learner report is often inconsistent in its reporting and wasn’t sure if it’s just our site or others too. Sometimes it will say I have no learners when there are active learners in the course, sometimes it will say I have a bunch of learners when they’re all expired (we limit days of access after enrollment). 

Does anyone have any good suggestions for how to get a list/report of what courses are being used in Learning Paths? I asked support about this & was given the suggestion to list the courses in the SKU field - unfortunately, we already use the SKU field for course numbers, so that won’t work for us. Thanks!

Has anyone figured out how to run a report to find out if gifted purchases have been redeemed or not? I’m struggling to find a field that will help me with that. I’m hoping it’s obvious and I’m just missing it!Thanks!

Where can I view a report of search terms entered by users on our catalog?

I would love to see a report that shows the duration learners spend within a course or path. If I have goals to ensure courses don’t take learners longer than X hours, this would be extremely helpful to see if it’s too difficult, or if people are just skipping through content and therefore taking much less time than I intended.

I’d love to see a report that shows me how each course is rated. I’m beginning to think that the ratings at the end of each course aren’t actually attached to the course.  

Is anyone else having issues with their course reports not populating information? I know for a fact I have learners in this course who have completed content (because I confirmed it in the reporting hub) - but when I click into the actual individual course report all tabs are showing “no results.” Before I submit another ticket just want to see if this is a me issue or if others are seeing the same thing: 

We have a large number of eLearning courses (SCORM) uploaded to TI that include assessments. We are attempting to pull that assessment data (grades, passed/failed, questions and answers) but for eLearning courses this is only possible by going into the content section and pulling the SCORM report one course at a time which really is not possible with all the eLearning courses we have in TI. Does anyone have another solution? I could not find anything on the API page or the Help Center in TI on pulling SCORM reports on a large scale instead of one course at a time.

Hello! Curious if anyone has any best practices about how to create custom reports in the reporting hub specifically for course level survey data. I am looking to be able to create one report (which I can filter by content title) and then see all of the survey questions and answers for each person in that course. This might be super easy to do - but I am just really struggling with how to make this happen! Any guidance is appreciated!
