Greetings Everybody,

I’m having a problem with seeing sub-licenses when using a dashboard filter.

In my dashboard Region = Sub-license.

 

I have set up a sub-license structure like this…..

  • Drives-Industrial

I filled up “most” of the sub-licenses with learners (qty. 83 learners spread across the 46 sub-licenses. And I know that if a sub-license has no learners, it won’t display as a filter choice.)

If I impersonate these 83 learners, I can tell they are in the sub-license and it is working properly.

If I go to a dashboard in ‘Reports’, I don’t see all of the sub-licenses…I only see four. And I know, I have placed the 83 learners in more than four sub-licenses.

This problem happens no matter which dashboard I look at.

I tried both Firefox and Chrome.

 

A clue…

In the filter of the dashboard, I am using Learner License Details-Name. The filtering works properly on all of the looks in the dashboard. But, I only see four sub-licenses.

 

 

If I adjust the filter to use License Details-Name, I can see all of the sub-licenses, but the filtering does not work properly on all of the looks in the dashboard. It just shows ‘No Results’.

 

I used this same process when I set up the Motion sub-licenses six months ago (you can see them above) and had no issues.

At first, I thought it was just a delay in loading the data into the report area. I see this happen all of the time. Sometimes takes 5~6 hours for dashboards in Reports to update. But I saw this problem on Monday and it still hasn’t changed.

 

What am I missing?
