Is there a way to sort a report (Look) by more than 1 column? I feel like it should be there - and the answer I got when I googled it didn’t seem to work for me (shift click).

Thanks!

I figured it out - shift is the key, but here are the steps for anyone who needs them:

In the Data view:

sort your first column how you want it

then shift & select the next column to sort it how you want it

a small number 1 & 2 will appear in the column header next to the arrows

Hi Julie - Were you in Edit mode for the look? That’s where I find the Shift-click option (Visualization panel), and I’ve used it successfully on several reports. I hope that’s helpful!
