Is it possible to run a report that shows ALL sublicenses underneath a Pano? Regardless of whether or not the sublicense has learners/admins and regardless of whether a learner has touched content or not. I need a full list of sublicenses within a Pano.

Unfortunately there is no report that shows a list of all sublicenses within a panorama irrespective on whether there are learners in the sublience or not.
The reporting hub tracks learner activity, so if there was no activity in a sublicence it will not appear in any report.
The only way to get this information is via the API.
Scott should be able to get this information for you via the following API endpoint
