Active Accounts per month

Has anyone found a way to track user logins as a percent of total active accounts over time? We can see the total number of users who logged in every month, but are trying to find the total number of active user accounts (those which are in a non disabled state) that existed for a given month.

Stated another way, of Y total number of active user accounts (those that are not disabled), X logged in for a particular month. We have X but we are looking for a way to calculate Y, on a monthly basis both for past and for future reporting.

@Christopher.Hernley Here is an article that will help define first what Ti considers an active user.   Keep in mind that annual active users include all registered learners who viewed at least one learning object for at least 3 seconds within the last 365 days.

Thanks, Charles. That's not exactly what we're looking for.

For example in month X, there were 100 registered and active accounts on Ti, and 45 of these accounts recorded a login.

What we are after is the number of accounts that could have accessed the system during that month but didn't record a view.

@Christopher.Hernley Gotcha.  So you aren’t doing this for billing or contracts.  Just measuring utilization.  You are going for maybe some sort of utilization gap analysis.  The LMS doesn’t report on who is not using it.  You could just look at your total user count and subtract from what Ti provides as active users.  Now you have the number of users who could have logged in but did not.
