Quiz - No need for Passing Percentage to show Pass/Fail message
In order to provide a message to learners after they have completed a quiz page, you have to provide a passing mark.Quizzes are also used for knowledge attainment, not necessarily knowledge retention. Please provide the option of showing a (concluding) message without the learners having to pass/fail a quiz.Setting the passing rate to 1% for a message to show is lowkey insulting to the learners. EDIT: THIS WAS MEANT TO BE IN “SUGGESTIONS”. I accidentally started a convo & now i have no way to delete this. Please add this capability as well jc.
The value of suggesting product features and upvoting
I am curious to understand what value is placed on the product suggestion page, as it appears that some features which have been highly upvoted are not being taken into consideration. On the other hand, some features which have much lower vote count have been completed. While I understand that other factors may be at play when making decisions, I would be grateful if you could provide further clarity into this process.
Panorama manager role to create content
Hello-Has anyone allowed a Pano manager to create content? Our CSM has told us that we should be able to create a custom role and add the permission “creating content” - but I believe what I am finding is if I base it off of a Panorama role type, it is error-ing out, can’t even log in to that account. If I use a Content Author manager and try to assign that manager to a panorama, it doesn’t allow me to do that either.We are getting in the weeds with Panoramas and manager roles - and are (understandably) being told by Ti support that this is difficult to support due to the massive amounts of customization - hoping there might be others out there who have done some of this.Thank you!
Report that shows which questions learners are struggling with
I’m looking for a report that shows the pass/fail percentage of each individual question in an assessment. I don’t particularly care which answer folks are picking, or who is getting it right/ wrong. Just trying to get a grasp of which questions people are struggling with, and which ones might be a bit too easy.Does anyone know if this is possible/ how it can be done?Thanks in advance!
New Attendance Report - How to sort by date?
On the new release email, I see that there is a new report for meeting attendance….“You can now access all of your meeting rosters in one place. Our data engineering team has created a new dashboard that combines enrollment and attendance (roster) records for all meetings, including ILT and VILT meeting types with automated and manual attendance. Use this report to pull all attendance for a single learner, a course, or a specific period of time.Find the new “Learner Attended Meetings” dashboard by visiting Reporting Hub > Library.”Am I missing where to filter this by date? It is only showing back to the start of February for me and I don’t see how to adjust the dates?

Using / Integrating Google Text to Speech into Course pages?
Despite the Christmas Holidays, I never really switched off and have been thinking about how we can leverage TTS (Text To Speech) into our TI based Courses (Self-Paced).At low maturity level, I am thinking the team can separately from TI can prepare the SSML scripts offline and then post those to Google API to download the Audio Files, which we can upload to each page.At a more mature level, I am thinking we could have some API integration that posts the SSML from the TI page itself.
Panorama Learner Dashboard: Courses & Learning Paths
Hi All, Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help a Panorama Customer with easier navigation on their Learner Dashboard? We have created Learning Paths for the Learners. However, on the Learner’s Dashboard, they can see all of the individual courses that make up the Learning Paths. It is causing some confusion on what content they should be selecting / starting with. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
How can users view wrong answers on a test?
Is it possible for learners to see their incorrect answers on a test page type? I often hear from users when they take a test that they passed the exam but missed 3 answers and want to know what the correct answers are to those questions. I haven’t found a way to do this in settings or advanced settings of the Test page type.
We are updating our product and have all new courses coming out. We had a learning path for users to complete previously and I want them to still get credit for completing those. We are launching a new Learning Path and removing access to the other for new users and I don’t really want our current users to see those courses, but I do still want them to get credit for completing them since they are in essence the same content (just with the updates in the new versions.)So, if I archive those original courses/learning paths, will users still show in the data or on their transcripts that they completed those items? And will we be able to pull reports to show their work?I can’t seem to find this answer in any documentation about archiving.
What are Competencies in Ti?
I see this in Learning Path level reporting and a few other places but not sure that I know the definition of a Competency on the Ti platform. Anyone? In other LMS’s I have used, a competency was a set of Skills, which was achieved by one or more Learning Paths or other content. It was essentially just another container for content. Hopefully I am not missing something obvious. :)
Managing entry to webinars
Hello TI Community!I have a question related to webinar integrations.We plan to make use of various TI webinar integrations (primarily Zoom, Adobe Connect and hopefully MS Teams). One thing we are struggling with is around how to prevent the webinar links from being shared beyond our approved attendees. When someone registers and receives the event confirmation/ calendar link email from TI they contain direct links to the webinar room and theoretically these could be forwarded to other people (who aren’t approved/registered users) which would enable them to gain access to the session. Sometimes we have 500+ attendees so we can’t necessarily implement the features some webinar platforms have where you can place all attendees in a waiting room and admit them manually.Has anyone identified any workable options to manage this?Many thanks,Caroline @ Mastercard Academy
Tracking Daily Active Users across Panoramas
Has anyone found a reliable way to track Daily Active Users/Monthly Active users across multiple Panoramas? At the individual Panorama level TI has the “Learner Usage” report which shows visits across time, but these need to be exported from each Panorama. At the main site level there is “Logins” which is part of the Reporting Hub Library, however, this report will not track users who access via SSO (it appears to only track username and password logins). Unfortunately, my organization is split between 50% of our clients using a password login method and 50% under SSO. If anyone has suggestions of where to start it would be appreciated!
Learner Notification for Content/Learning Path
When setting up a learner notification using the type “Content/Learning Path(s)” Notification type -I want all content included from 1 specific Content Type (Online courses) - is there any way to choose all of those courses easily?Currently when we click “all content” - it is including our ILT (in-person event) learners as well, and the emails that go to online course learners do not match what our in-person learners should be getting.I’m hoping that I’m missing something obvious - Thanks for any assistance!
Multiday Events - Learner Notifications
Hey all,We seem to be having an issue with learner notifications and multiday events. We are trying to send reminder emails out 2 weeks, 1 week, and 1 day before the start of the session. Because there are 3 meetings in this session, our attendees end up getting 9 reminder emails + confirmation + follow up. Obviously this is too many emails, so we are looking into how to cut back on the number. We use pre/post learning which means that the session start date is set way before the actual meeting because we need people to access content and information ahead of time.Has anyone found a way to set up learner notifications for a course group that send based on the first meeting date in the session?
Removing users from Admins Roles
Hello,I am using several test users to test functionalities in the platform.I assigned a dual role to one of my test accounts, and now I want to remove that dual role (So I want the test account to show into the learner bucket, not into one of the admins roles buckets).I tried choosing the “Learner” role from the drop down menu, but I get an error message.Is there a way for me to move delete the dual role feature from the account or move the account back to only be a learner and not having a dual role?Thanks
Video settings: how to turn off the "Mark as Watched" option
Hello there,we upload recordings of sessions and webinars, normally uploading the file into a course within a Video page.It’s usually fine, but we noticed that some of the videos display a "Mark as Watched” option on the top right of the video widget. I checked multiple times the settings and they are the same as other videos.I could not find any information on TI help pages and videos, and I can’t find the way to remove that option. Anyone knows where it comes from and how I can deactivate it from the course?Thanks
Utilizing the Detail Video
I’m embarking on a project to bring more context to our online offerings. We not only create our own content, but we host other content. We want to leverage the Detail Video on the Details page of the content to show the client what that particular learning path/content looks like.Has anyone used the Detail Video in this manner? If so, would you be willing to share links to your catalog?
Quiz Progress/Loading Issues
Hi everyone! I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is having this issue.We are receiving frequent complaints/issues from our users on their quiz taking experience. For many of our users, their quizzes are either freezing up on them or they are receiving pop-up error messages that require them to restart their quiz. I recognize that this is often a browser/Wi-Fi/software issue, but it is happening to users who are using updated browsers and strong Wi-Fi connections.Our quizzes are built through Ti. They range from 10 questions to 100 questions based on the course. All quizzes have 5 attempts and specific time limits. Each time the user has to restart their quiz, that wastes one of their quiz attempts, which is why we receive emails from them, so we can forgive those wasted attempts.Overall, is anyone else facing a similar issue with their users and course quizzes? I have submitted a help ticket to Ti on the topic, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the issue?
