How to track skills?

Organizing Question Bank by Folder Categories

Hi there,If this is already a feature, please send me the link with more information.I would like to know if this LMS offers a more user-friendly way to organize the questions bank. We are currently running six different classes, and it would be extremely helpful to categorize the question bank within the question library by folders, such as Security+, Network+, CompTIA A+, and ITF+. Classes are running twice a year and we change the quizzes every cohort.Is it possible to do this? At the moment, the question bank is only organized by quiz name, which makes it challenging to manage. Please let me know if there's a solution for this.Thank you!

Survey - Learner able to select answers but can't submit

Has anyone ever encountered this?: Learner can select answers in surveys but then can’t submit? I’m thinking it’s something with the individual’s firewall, not saying it’s a Ti glitch. But I wanted to check here if anyone experienced it or had suggestions for how to address it. (Obvious workaround is to use a different device but in some cases learners don’t have a second device to try.) Thanks in advance!

In-App Learning

We use Ti to train our customers on our software. We are interested in exploring putting content more directly into our software instead of always sending them out to Ti through a link in our tech. Wanted to see if other folks have considered (or done) something similar. A few of the things we have considered are:Using a tool like Pendo Enabling the In-App widget that Ti offers (I am assuming this is a similar experience to what Ti does on the Admin side when you select Help)? Building an experience from scratch utilizing the Ti APIs

Utilizing the Detail Video

I’m embarking on a project to bring more context to our online offerings. We not only create our own content, but we host other content. We want to leverage the Detail Video on the Details page of the content to show the client what that particular learning path/content looks like.Has anyone used the Detail Video in this manner? Custom Requests

How do you all handle custom requests from customers? I thought my company was pushing the limits of what Ti can do, but some of my customers have really out paced us. Whether it is design of the panorama, course or how an assessment is graded, they all have different ideas and needs.
