How do you all handle custom requests from customers? I thought my company was pushing the limits of what Ti can do, but some of my customers have really out paced us. Whether it is design of the panorama, course or how an assessment is graded, they all have different ideas and needs.

We don’t do custom requests unless it is in the contract. And then we have different levels of “custom” and the more custom they want, the more it costs.
We always have a conversation though...to really dive into their request and what is driving it. Is it something that will truly help their users learn our content.
