Hi, is anyone localizing their SCORMs? We’re at the beginning of our localization journey. We’re evaluating translation management systems (Transifex and Localize). So far we’ve successfully exported a SCORM XLIFF → translated it → imported the XLIFF to Storyline → published a new SCORM (meaning we’ll have 1 SCORM per language). But we don’t know how to “tell” Thought Industries or the TMS which language SCORM to serve. Note: we author Ti courses with multiple SCORMs, so we don’t want to go the route of having a language selector at the beginning of every SCORM since then the learner would need to select multiple times per course (unless there’s a way to avoid that…?) Thanks in advance for any insights you can share!!Gabby

For https://api.thoughtindustries.com/#list-content, we are using https://university.hyland.com/incoming/v2/content?types[]=courseGroups to list the content. We would like to use the 'query' property to only pull content where the UpdatedAt attribute is greater than the previous day.   I.E 2025-11-13T19:49:52.900Z > 2025-11-12T00:00:00.000Z How can we achieve these results?  (Posting on behalf of a team member)

Has anyone successfully customized the sidebar on the Article layout. I would like to make use of the available white space to include anchor links to section titles and related articles.  Here is where I am at currently and here is a rough cut and paste of where I am trying to go All I have managed is to figure out how to hide the rating element.   

Hi everyone,We’re running into a challenge with making math formulas accessible in Thought Industries (TI) and I’m hoping others may have found better solutions.Right now, the TI WYSIWYG editor doesn’t provide any native equation-editing functionality (e.g., MathJax, LaTeX support, or a built-in formula editor). We also discovered that if we paste MathXL or MathML code into the HTML editor, TI strips it out, leaving us with no accessible markup.The only workaround we’ve found so far is to create a screenshot of the formula and then add ALT text to describe the mathematical expression. This is obviously not ideal, especially for more complex equations, and it’s not considered best practice for accessibility or for supporting all learners.In speaking with other TI customers they have used iframes, to embed the content and this is not ideal either on multiple levels.Has anyone found a better or more sustainable method for making math content accessible in TI? Are you using external tools

We frequently hold a 1-hour webinar in Go-To-Webinar. This webinar is set up in the Ti LMS under the webinar category. We invite learners and allow a two-week window for them to register.After the webinar is completed, we receive a report from Go-To that shows who has and has not attended the class. Learners that have previously registered but have not attended the webinar still have the webinar shown on the ‘access’ tab. The worst part is that it still shows up on the learner’s dashboard under ‘up coming classes’.  One solution (but not a good one) I can go into the learner’s record and delete access to this webinar so it does not show up on their dashboard, but this becomes quite taxing when there are about 100 learners that fall into this category.Another solution (again, not a good one) I can just leave all of the webinar sessions that the learner registered for, but did not attend on their dashboard. We have SSO set up for our instance and would like to be able to share links for content for our users that would direct them to the SSO login rather than the TI login and then redirect them to the content we listed. I have talked to one person who has this set up for their org using a SSO URL Generator, but I wanted to see if others were doing this and if so, how you set it up? Thanks!

Hi Team,I am really hoping you can help me with a CSS code. We replaced a logo url in the CSS code for the .header .header__inner and for some reason it is not replacing the client logo if one is placed in the Branding site for the panorama. In previous instances, if a client logo was added to the Site branding then the client logo will replace standard KF logo in the header. If there is no logo added, then the KF logo will appear.This is happening in the US and EU platform. Hi. We currently have a Panorama that is made up of quite a few sublicenses. We have one dashboard for all learners, but in order to provide a more tailored/specific experience for the learners, we are exploring turning on the “enable separate branding/design and dashboards” feature and are looking for anyone who has possibly done a similar thing to provide some insight as to best practices for making the transition. How did you make the transition with the least downtime or disruption to the learners? (build in sandbox, copy over, do at off hours, etc?) Is there a way to group a few sublicenses to have the same dashboard, or do you have to duplicate/maintain for every single sublicense if you go this route? If you have a situation where a client might belong to more than one sublicense, did you find they had difficulty/confusion toggling between dashboards?
