Hi Team,I am really hoping you can help me with a CSS code. We replaced a logo url in the CSS code for the .header .header__inner and for some reason it is not replacing the client logo if one is placed in the Branding site for the panorama. In previous instances, if a client logo was added to the Site branding then the client logo will replace standard KF logo in the header. If there is no logo added, then the KF logo will appear.This is happening in the US and EU platform. Hi. We currently have a Panorama that is made up of quite a few sublicenses. We have one dashboard for all learners, but in order to provide a more tailored/specific experience for the learners, we are exploring turning on the “enable separate branding/design and dashboards” feature and are looking for anyone who has possibly done a similar thing to provide some insight as to best practices for making the transition. How did you make the transition with the least downtime or disruption to the learners? (build in sandbox, copy over, do at off hours, etc?) Is there a way to group a few sublicenses to have the same dashboard, or do you have to duplicate/maintain for every single sublicense if you go this route? If you have a situation where a client might belong to more than one sublicense, did you find they had difficulty/confusion toggling between dashboards?

Has anyone successfully customized the sidebar on the Article layout. I would like to make use of the available white space to include anchor links to section titles and related articles.  Here is where I am at currently and here is a rough cut and paste of where I am trying to go All I have managed is to figure out how to hide the rating element.   

We have a customer managing their own Panorama with 150 max seats, and assigning sublicenses to their customers. They were unable to add more seats in a sublicense seat limit, and totaling up the number of seats set in each sublicense, it appears they had hit their max 150 seats.  However, the dashboard view that shows Occupied, Allocated, and Seat Limit, shows that they’ve only allocated 54 of the total.  Is there a better way for the customer to get a view of what is truly available vs. what has been allocated via the sublicense limits?  

HIWe are exploring ways to utilize Thought Industries course/catalog data on our marketing automation solutions. Could you confirm if TI platform supports providing an RSS feed (or similar auto-updating feed) of course information (titles, descriptions, URLs, publish dates, etc.) for this use case? → embedding TI product RSS to marketing emailsIf a direct RSS feed is not available, are there recommended approaches for exporting course catalog data in a way that can be consumed by marketing automation tools (for example, via API endpoints or scheduled exports)?Thank you for your guidance.

For anyone else using the Salesforce Managed Package to sync between Ti and Salesforce, we are seeing that learners that are made on Ti, Ti is trying to sync those learners to contacts that don’t exist in Salesforce. I’m curious if anyone else is dealing with this and what your solution is? Our CRM team doesn’t want to manage the false users constantly after every sync. How is everyone else managing it?

Hello,I have a question related to getting additional user data into the Reference fields. Our employees log in to the platform using SSO. Via SSO connection, we managed to send additional attributes such as department, company, user name/surname, email, but there is no possibility to send the “manager” attribute via SSO because the manager can't be used in an SSO claim. This data is crucial for us as we want to build the report based on the “manager” filter. If any of you use other systems or solutions to have “manager” data in a user account? Could you please share your recommendations with us? We are using AAD (Azure Active Directory) as the source for additional attributes. Thank you in advance for help and any recommendations,Alena Egorova

Is there a way to create a report or filter the Email report to see what is actually being sent? Or to filter by emails sent for a specific course or learning path? I am not finding the canned email report very helpful in telling me what email they got or who from a course got it. Anyone have any suggestions? 

I’d like to report an ongoing issue with date formatting across the platform, particularly noticeable in the EU instance of the system. Currently, dates are being displayed using US-centric formats (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy, mm.dd.yy, or with written months), even when accessed from European regions. These formats are used inconsistently across different features, which leads to considerable confusion: Learners and managers are at risk of misinterpreting data in reports or setting incorrect deadlines.A few examples:  In manager dashboard (e.g. courses list), dates appear as mm/dd/yyyy, which EU users may misread (e.g., 05/07/2025 could be July 5 or May 7) In other areas (example: community widget), a shortened format like mm.dd.yy is used, adding further ambiguity Elsewhere (example: new due date feature) dates may be written out with the month in letters, but even then, the format can vary without clear consistency Suggested Solution:We recommend implementing localized date formatting bas

I’m looking to build a page that has courses from all the Learning Paths a learner may have access to. Here’s a terrible sketch from Draw.io.Navigation Bar at the top with links to relevant pages, etc. etc.Hero Image welcoming them to this specific page.Learning Path 1 Widget, dynamically shows courses/content that is in that Learning Path and that Learning Path only.Learning Path 2 Widget, same as Learning Path 1, dynamically shows courses/content that is in that Learning Path.Repeat for LP 3, 4, 5, etc.Has anyone already done something like this? Other alternatives I’ve thought of was running a SP Page that has all the courses on it, but that loses the dynamic aspect and it becomes another thing we need to manage. Thoughts?

We use one panorama for all our users where they can access the content via sublicenses that mimic our product subscriptions. If a product is not in your subscription, you shouldn’t see the related content. This works well for all content types except for learning paths because of the public learning path page, that’s available to all signed-in users.(Users sometimes share URLs and these might point to content not everyone can access.)Can we restrict these pages based on sublicenses? If not, can we ensure that the enroll button doesn’t appear to them? If not, can we have the enroll button lead to a page that explains they don’t have access, instead of to the purchase flow?What are your best practices?

Currently I use Custom CSS in a course to hide the sidebar for testimonial and the share container. However I would also like to hide the learner sidebar that pops up on the left. I inspect the page and it looks like the element is called learner__sidebar. However when I add it in like my other hide codes it does not hide.  Here is what should work:.learner__sidebar { display: none;} Here is what I have now to hide my other pieces I do not want shown. .sidebar__testimonial { display: none;}.share__container { display: none;}
