Different notifications based on panorama?

We allow our employees, as well as partners, and also customers, to sign up for our Event based courses. These groups are all in different panoramas. But for our employees, we would like to notify them upon enrollment that we might need to kick them out for a partner or customer to take their spot, and that they should cancel if they end up not being able to attend.Is it possible to notify just people in one panorama (all with @hyland.com email addresses) about this? I wasn’t able to see a way, but thought I’d ask the Community in case I overlooked something. Thank you.

Allow admins dismiss popups/surveys or hide them after they complete survey

Currently there is a popup on the Content Admin page “Sharing the future of content authoring”. Our admins have asked if there is a way that they can dismiss this popup and not have it shown again? Separately, even if an admin completes the survey, the popup continues to display. It would be good if TI could add the ability to not have this popup displayed if a learner completes the survey or if they choose not to complete the survey.Thanks!

How can I make certain Content Products visible/available only to subscription learners?

Hi, we are using the subscription model where currently all e-learning courses are available to those purchasing the subscription. These products are also available for a la carte purchases. We use tags to add content to subscriptions (assigning a designated tag to all new products that should be available as part of the subscription as well as visible in the general catalog).We would like to have certain new elearning and microlearning products available only as part of a subscription, and not in the general catalog. We tried assigning a new tag to these products and adding content to subscriptions using this tag (in additional to the regular tags). However, these content products are not visible in the learner dashboard of a subscription learner. It seems that only by making them visible in the general catalog (like all the other content products) they become available to subscription learners and then non-subscription learners cannot enroll.Is there a way to add specific elearning o

Ecomm2.0 - Anyone made the switch to the new eComm?

Has anyone made the switch to ecomm 2.0? Looking for some insight on the experience, particularly if you don’t have a sandbox, was the transition seamless or were there hiccups? We are nervous about such a big switch on the live site and what effects it could have on other parts of the system and just wondered if there were others who might be able to tell us things that could come up we hadn’t thought about. Setting Asset Library SCORM Files to show as complete across all instances of use.

Hi All, I am currently looking at how we can have a piece of content specifically SCORM marked as complete when another piece of content is completed, a kind of If this then that (ITTT).For example, we have a SCORM package in the asset library, and it's used in two courses, Course A and Course B, but maybe for different reasons, so maybe Course B is more advanced and has more content included on additional pages of the course, So someone completes Course B, and so because they have gone through that SCORM Package, Course A is now redundant to them and so that too should be marked as complete for them as the content adds no other value if they were to start it.I reached out to TI a while back, One of the platform SCORM experts, said, the SCORM package in Course A will be marked completed when launched. If that is the only content in Course A, then the entire Course A will be marked as complete when the student who already completed Course B starts Course A. If there is other content in

How are you using TI gamification at your organization?

We are currently looking into using gamification on quizzes. Has anyone done this before? We would like to provide a certain amount of points to an individual based on how well they complete a quiz and then for it to appear on a leaderboard. Has anyone done this before? If so, could you provide screenshots of how this would look? Any other use cases for using TI gamification? Any success?

Any tips or recommendations for a full design overhaul?

We’re working to redesign our LMS experience and now that we have our initial designs structured out in Figma, we’re trying to determine the best way to bring those designs to life in the Thought Industries Platform.The Challenge:To start, Helium just isn’t in the budget so it’s not something we can consider for this project. So it sounds like most of our work will need to happen within CSS code.While we have Chameleon to reference in our sandbox, the dev team of the design company we are working with shared the initial impression that getting all the TI LMS elements (pages, widgets, buttons, etc.) updated to the new designs will likely take a significant amount of time simply due to the breadth of elements across the system. I want to say the current estimate is somewhere around 300 hours (though that could change as they get more familiar with the system).Questions:Are there any folks out there who have done a significant design overhaul within their instance of Thought Industries? I

Reporting on Subscriptions

I’m trying to create a report that shows which learners are associated with different subscriptions we’ve setup. While assigned subscriptions are reflected in the Access section of the learner profile, I’m having difficulty finding the associated data field in the Reporting Hub. Does anyone have suggestions or have experience building similar reports? The default Subscription Transaction Log isn’t helpful in this situation as it only reflects paid subscription purchases and not any associated with registration codes.

With the new Tag Manager and Tag Reporting, is there a way to see all Content Tags assigned to a Sublicense via a report?

As the title says, I want to run a report against specific Panos to pull their sublicenses and the associated tags with those sublicenses.We are looking at restructuring some of the sublicenses and I’d rather not have to go through each one jot down every Content tag assigned to that sublicenses. Main Sublicense in Pano

So I copied a panorama and was cleaning up the sublicenses that I didn’t need and accidentally deleted the “main” sublicense that is automatically created for every panorama. Can I continue to use this panorama? or should I copy/create another pano that will still have the “main” sublicense? Can I create a new “main” sublicense and be ok?All I could find in documentation is Dov saying “I highly recommend you never delete this sublicense...” (in this video: https://academy.thoughtindustries.com/learn/video/fundamental-platform-training-panorama-on-demand) But I don’t know if I can recreate it successfully - does it have some magic in it that cannot be recreated? Is there any documentation on this “main” sublicense and if it is so important, why can it be deleted?Thanks for any help you can offer me-

How to transition from a gated academy to an ungated academy?

Hello TI Community!I am currently exploring the transition of our site from a gated experience to a more open, public format. My goal is to allow users to discover the site while still requiring them to log in to access content. Has anyone in the community successfully made this shift to a public site? If so, I would greatly appreciate any best practices or tips you could share regarding the process. Suboptimal Unique Course Name/Title Check in New Creation Wizard

We have a lot of courses that are both ILTs and vILTs. Since we can't copy into vILTs, we have to create those. If an ILT with the same name already exists, the old system would dynamically append characters to create a unique name. In the new creation wizard UI, the onus is now on the client to ensure uniqueness manually (not sure why). Manually creating the unique name does provide more client control for naming conventions, so maybe that is why.The primary issue is the timing of the check for the unique name. The check should be at the time the name is entered and the Next button is clicked for that step, not at the end after the client goes through the steps for date/time/recurrence and clicks create. Throwing the error for the unique title at the end of the whole process requires backtracking and is inefficient.

Learning Paths | Completion Criteria

Hello!I have a question on Learning Paths and how others may be experiencing them. I have a heard this a few times from our customers and internal users. I cannot figure out the reasoning. A user has completed all of the required courses within a Learning Path - the courses are showing as 100% Done / Complete. However, the user is either 1) Unable to receive full credit for the course through the points Gamification 2) everything within the course is showing as Green / completed but they do not receive the Certificate of completion. Attached in image LP1 is my user that completed the Learning Path, showing that the Certificate has been granted (Learner has not received), however milestone 2 is showing as “Not Complete”. LP2 image shows the course listed as Complete, but the points obtained is 125 / 150. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I keep spinning my wheels and coming up with no logical reason! Thank you!

We’ve got some custom Javascript on our public homepage, which creates a form that pops up and asks users to enter information in a few different fields. We’d like to then have the “Submit” button email that form data to a specific e-mail inbox. Anyone else doing something similar, and if so, how did you configure it?

New Attendance Report - How to sort by date?

On the new release email, I see that there is a new report for meeting attendance….“You can now access all of your meeting rosters in one place. Our data engineering team has created a new dashboard that combines enrollment and attendance (roster) records for all meetings, including ILT and VILT meeting types with automated and manual attendance. Use this report to pull all attendance for a single learner, a course, or a specific period of time.Find the new “Learner Attended Meetings” dashboard by visiting Reporting Hub > Library.”Am I missing where to filter this by date? It is only showing back to the start of February for me and I don’t see how to adjust the dates?
