We have badges setup through Credly but when I go to pull reports on awards I do not see them as being included. Per an article from TI: https://support.thoughtindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045745594-Setting-Up-Gamification “Reporting on awards is available at Reporting  > Reports > Learner Actions > Awards Details. Here you can filter by award type, date, learner, or role type as well as download the report.” Why are these excluded? I am aware I can pull reports in Credly but I am trying to compare numbers because they are off from one system to another. 

Hey folks! Our org is looking into switching over from people paying outright for courses, to using training credits or tokens instead. Is anyone else doing that? How? What challenge and benefits have you seen?

Hi,We are considering a change to our public certification offerings and hoping to get some insight from others who may use a similar format to what we are considering. Does anyone have a use case where they have rolling enrollments but their access needs to be limited to to a certain amount of time after registration (a year of access for example)? Bonus points if you do not use TI’s ecommerce and use an external storefront. How do you control their access? Is it based off the storefront registration? Dates in salesforce? Someone within TI?  What data do you send between Salesforce and TI? For context, we currently have monthly cohorts that are limited to 60-90 days of access which is controlled through the enrollments tab within each course. The new format we are going to would potentially open indefinitely with access being controlled by the date they register. 

I’d like to report an ongoing issue with date formatting across the platform, particularly noticeable in the EU instance of the system. Currently, dates are being displayed using US-centric formats (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy, mm.dd.yy, or with written months), even when accessed from European regions. These formats are used inconsistently across different features, which leads to considerable confusion: Learners and managers are at risk of misinterpreting data in reports or setting incorrect deadlines.A few examples:  In manager dashboard (e.g. courses list), dates appear as mm/dd/yyyy, which EU users may misread (e.g., 05/07/2025 could be July 5 or May 7) In other areas (example: community widget), a shortened format like mm.dd.yy is used, adding further ambiguity Elsewhere (example: new due date feature) dates may be written out wit

Hi everyone,We’re running into a challenge with making math formulas accessible in Thought Industries (TI) and I’m hoping others may have found better solutions.Right now, the TI WYSIWYG editor doesn’t provide any native equation-editing functionality (e.g., MathJax, LaTeX support, or a built-in formula editor). We also discovered that if we paste MathXL or MathML code into the HTML editor, TI strips it out, leaving us with no accessible markup.The only workaround we’ve found so far is to create a screenshot of the formula and then add ALT text to describe the mathematical expression. This is obviously not ideal, especially for more complex equations, and it’s not considered best practice for accessibility or for supporting all learners.In speaking with other TI customers they have used iframes, to embed the content and this is not ideal either on multiple levels.Has anyone found a better or more sustainable method for making math content accessibl

Hi all,We are interested in using pre-requisites for the final module of a learning path. This final module is an assessment which learners have to pass to gain a certification. We would like to restrict access to this assessment module before the mandatory content has been completed.Not being able to click the button to access the assessment module would be ideal. We find, however, that the experience is as follows: Before enrollment, there is a "Start Learning" button for the Certificate/assessment module When clicking this button, learner is directed to a page that is in a permanent loading loop with the following message popping up: "It looks like you have not met all prerequisites for this content" Clicking the OK button within the message pop-up takes the learner to the home page (out of the Learning path) Can any of you using pre-requisites share your experience? I recently set up Due Dates for all my learning paths for my side of the org and I’ve noticed the only way a Due Date is being assigned to a Learning Path is if a Manager enrolls them into the Learning Path.Here are some screenshots of some reports showing the Type and Source with Due Dates and without.Manager enrollment creates the “Enrollment” type and generates a Due Date.Learners starting LPs from Catalog doesn’t generate a Due Date.What am I missing? From what I can tell, I can’t go through and manually assign due dates for each Learner to Learning Path, but why if they access it from the Catalog, it doesn’t generate a Due D

We are exploring the use of Learning Paths to create a hybrid “choose your own adventure” approach to obtaining a training certificate, where a milestone will consist of both the vILT event and the microcourse that presents the same information. Both would be set as electives with the requirement to complete 1 of 2 electives to complete the milestone. In order to use Learning Paths, we would need the details page to require users to be authenticated and access to be controlled via sublicense. Is this possible?

Hi - We are expanding into Arabic and wondering if/when right to left language options would be made available to TI audiences?  

We have SSO set up for our instance and would like to be able to share links for content for our users that would direct them to the SSO login rather than the TI login and then redirect them to the content we listed. I have talked to one person who has this set up for their org using a SSO URL Generator, but I wanted to see if others were doing this and if so, how you set it up? Thanks! 

Right now we have everything in a single folder but we want to get more organized. Curious to see what other folks are doing. TIA!

We frequently hold a 1-hour webinar in Go-To-Webinar. This webinar is set up in the Ti LMS under the webinar category. We invite learners and allow a two-week window for them to register.After the webinar is completed, we receive a report from Go-To that shows who has and has not attended the class. Learners that have previously registered but have not attended the webinar still have the webinar shown on the ‘access’ tab. The worst part is that it still shows up on the learner’s dashboard under ‘up coming classes’.  One solution (but not a good one) I can go into the learner’s record and delete access to this webinar so it does not sh

For https://api.thoughtindustries.com/#list-content, we are using https://university.hyland.com/incoming/v2/content?types[]=courseGroups to list the content. We would like to use the 'query' property to only pull content where the UpdatedAt attribute is greater than the previous day.   I.E 2025-11-13T19:49:52.900Z > 2025-11-12T00:00:00.000Z How can we achieve these results?  (Posting on behalf of a team member)
