We would like to link directly to the milestone on a learning path page, eg. from the description at the top of the learning path so it’s easy to navigate between them.

To host and reuse images within the Thought Industries LMS: Create a Custom Page Title the page clearly (e.g., Image Host - DO NOT DELETE) to avoid accidental removal. Add a Single Column Widget On the page, add a Single Column Widget. Insert your desired image into this widget using the native image upload tool. Get the Image URL After uploading, right-click the image and select “Copy image address”. This gives you the direct URL to the image, hosted on Thought Industries’ CDN. Use the Image Anywhere You can now embed or reference this URL wherever needed in the LMS. You have the ability to embed SCORM into the course window, or you can have it open in its own window.  Which do you prefer and why?  The new window option gives you the ability to size the window or accept the default size.  Embedded means less steps for the learner and less more likely that can seamlessly continue the course and/or end the course.  Thank you for your thoughts and considerations.

Has anyone implemented breadcrumbs for navigation? Our devs say that the backend and the structure of the URLs isn’t built to support this natively, but for an improved UX we are seriously considering this.

Hi,I am looking to generate a report that includes the following metrics within a specified time range: Total time spent by learners on the LMS platform Number of learner visits Any guidance or suggestions on how to retrieve this information would be greatly appreciated.

We currently have SSO set up for our instance via an icon in our product that directs users to one of our panoramas and provisions content based on their role in our product. It works great. However, we also need users to be able to log in since they use a different product. So, we split them into two different panoramas - one for SSO and one for logins only. We are looking to set up the SSO for the one panorama only, but running into the snag that we have users who SSO into our product, so we don’t own their identify, we just verify it and let them in. So, it appears that if a user SSOs into our product, we wouldn’t be able to kick them over to TI because TI won’t be able to also verify their information? Has anyone dealt with this? We do not want to create a panorama for each customer and set up a different SSO for each customer. 

I have a client that would like to assign more than one learning path to their learners. The SSO documentation does not illustrate the structure for passing more than one value. What would the correct structure be?"learningPathSlugs": [“learning-path-1”, “learning-path-2”],

Hello everyone,We’re currently exploring options for offering our LMS in multiple languages, both in terms of the user interface and learning content.While I’ve reviewed the native multilingual capabilities in TI, they don’t fully meet our needs,especially since we use a lot of custom script and UI customizations, which aren’t covered by the standard translation settings.I’m curious to hear how other clients are handling translations: Are you using TI’s native translation tools? Or have you integrated any third-party solutions like Crowdin, Transifex, or Localize to manage this more flexibly? Additionally, from what I understand, each language variant of a course must be created as a separate content item. Hi everyone,I'm looking for a way to attach the same three illustrations to a set of different questions in my quiz. The idea is that the illustrations would serve as a visual aid for solving each question, even though the questions themselves will change. Ideally, I’d like to upload or link the same three images once and have them appear alongside each question, rather than uploading them repeatedly.Is there a way to do this efficiently?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,I am reviewing some content (webinars, courses..) and I would like to see the modification history with dates and names. Does anyone know where I can see this? I could not find anything in the courses themselves, and I tried to report but the “author” field did not give me any result.I shoudl be able to go into a course and have a section where I can see when it was created, by whom and the history of all the changes that happened after that with the names.Anyone has any idea where I can see that?

Is anyone providing certificates to learners when a course is viewed via SCORM? The platform only allows for 3 downloads at a time, which would be frustrating for a group that has 100s of learners. Looking for solutions or what others have done. 

Hello,I feel like this is there in reporting but I just can’t get it to work.I have a group of courses and I’d like to know how many times they have been completed and/or started in the last 90 days.I am pulling in Content Details/Content Title and Learner Details/Distinct Learners Count. It looks great if I pull everything without adding a date filter. But if I add in Learner Content Progress/Updated at Date and try to filter it to the last 90 days I get the same results (some of this stuff has been available for years so there is no way all the activity happened in the last 90 days).  My assumption is that it would only return a “count” for things that had been completed/started/not-started in the last 90 days but that doesn’t seem to be the case.  Any ideas?Thanks,Andy

It looks like this would have to be set up as a course instead of an event, but I´m wondering if there are any other considerations / downsides to doing this?

On a learner’s account from a managerial point of view, I’m under the Engagement tab and looking at the learner’s SCORM activity to decipher an issue. Can anyone confirm if the Course Version column relates to the version of the SCORM file within the CAM? In the screenshot I attached, a lot of the SCORM Activity has 1 for the Course Version, but all of those SCORM files have been updated in the CAM more than just one time, so they should be showing 2 or 3 like the one with 5 shows, right?

Is there a way to set up Synonym Mapping for the content catalog search? We have some content that uses “Loyalty 2” and some that uses “Loyalty 2.0.” Setting aside that we should have one standard way to refer to it, is there any way to tell the platform that they should be viewed as synonyms?

Hi! We’re trying to redesign the way the course detail page looks. Since the thumbnail is so large, it pushes important information past the scroll point. We’d rather the big thumbnail be hidden. Is anyone doing this already? How? So instead of this: Something more like 

We are having some issues with SCORM Connect with a few of our customers. We are not alone in having some issues and would love to hear from other users who may be experiencing this issue or have found a fix for it. One of the issues is that the SCORM zip file has a .swf included and the customer LMS blocks any .swf uploads. The other issue is that customers are having trouble with the file sending the completion data to their LMS. It loads and they can use it, but if they leave the course mid-way or complete it, it either marks it as failed, or doesn’t send back any data. It appears that there is some information not being included in the SCORM Connect file. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues and interested in exploring some solutions with us. 

Has anyone had an issue with learners completing requirements for a course and the completion doesn’t register under the completion requirements section….but then I impersonate the learner as an admin and go to the section, I can see that they clicked on it because it shows “restart” screen and if I click on it, sometimes it registers the completion and other times I have to go though the section and it then it registers the completion. The example I am referring to is a case study SCORM file.

Hey all,Wondering if anyone else is encountering this. We often repurposes courses for multiple learning paths depending on the relevancy to the new Learning Path. When we first moved over to Ti, we were informed that if a learner completed a course outside of a Learning Path or in a different Learning Path, enrolling into a new Learning Path with that same course would automatically mark it as complete for them.Now that seems to no longer be the case. I’ve got a Learner who reports as completed in all 9 courses in a milestone, but the milestone only shows 2/9 complete. Anyone else experience this behavior? What’s your solution? Is there a way that I can set articles to enroll as soon as they are clicked...meaning, not display the detail page, but instead go right to the article? I have the always display detail page to learner selected so that our webinars show up with all the dates on one page, but I don’t really want our users to have to click a button to have to register to read a help article. How can I make it so they can go right into the article?

Wondering what the others in the community do to track when content or course needs to be reviewed for accuracy. What’s your tracking method and what’s your cadence?My team handles training content for technical software, and with the rapid developments of our product, it is always changing so we don’t want stale / inaccurate information existing. Curious what others do and looking forward to the reponses!

Has there been any changes as to when TI will be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant? I found some varying articles saying 2030 as a goal date, but that seems way too far out to be right. 

we have been doing many webinars recently (8 over the last 5 weeks).i received an email from the field that told me the 'add to google' wasn't working.  i tried my invitation and it did not work either. when you click 'add to google’ it takes you here.… it only seems to do this for webinars (we’re using Go-To) it always works fine for in person classes.have you guys seen this before?
