Is anyone providing certificates to learners when a course is viewed via SCORM? The platform only allows for 3 downloads at a time, which would be frustrating for a group that has 100s of learners. Looking for solutions or what others have done. 

Hello,I feel like this is there in reporting but I just can’t get it to work.I have a group of courses and I’d like to know how many times they have been completed and/or started in the last 90 days.I am pulling in Content Details/Content Title and Learner Details/Distinct Learners Count. It looks great if I pull everything without adding a date filter. But if I add in Learner Content Progress/Updated at Date and try to filter it to the last 90 days I get the same results (some of this stuff has been available for years so there is no way all the activity happened in the last 90 days).  My assumption is that it would only return a “count” for things that had been completed/started/not-started in the last 90 days but that doesn’t seem to be the case.  Any ideas?Thanks,Andy

It looks like this would have to be set up as a course instead of an event, but I´m wondering if there are any other considerations / downsides to doing this?

On a learner’s account from a managerial point of view, I’m under the Engagement tab and looking at the learner’s SCORM activity to decipher an issue. Can anyone confirm if the Course Version column relates to the version of the SCORM file within the CAM? In the screenshot I attached, a lot of the SCORM Activity has 1 for the Course Version, but all of those SCORM files have been updated in the CAM more than just one time, so they should be showing 2 or 3 like the one with 5 shows, right?

Is there a way to set up Synonym Mapping for the content catalog search? We have some content that uses “Loyalty 2” and some that uses “Loyalty 2.0.” Setting aside that we should have one standard way to refer to it, is there any way to tell the platform that they should be viewed as synonyms?

Hi! We’re trying to redesign the way the course detail page looks. Since the thumbnail is so large, it pushes important information past the scroll point. We’d rather the big thumbnail be hidden. Is anyone doing this already? How? So instead of this: Something more like 

We are having some issues with SCORM Connect with a few of our customers. We are not alone in having some issues and would love to hear from other users who may be experiencing this issue or have found a fix for it. One of the issues is that the SCORM zip file has a .swf included and the customer LMS blocks any .swf uploads. The other issue is that customers are having trouble with the file sending the completion data to their LMS. It loads and they can use it, but if they leave the course mid-way or complete it, it either marks it as failed, or doesn’t send back any data. It appears that there is some information not being included in the SCORM Connect file. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues and interested in exploring some solutions with us. 

Has anyone had an issue with learners completing requirements for a course and the completion doesn’t register under the completion requirements section….but then I impersonate the learner as an admin and go to the section, I can see that they clicked on it because it shows “restart” screen and if I click on it, sometimes it registers the completion and other times I have to go though the section and it then it registers the completion. The example I am referring to is a case study SCORM file.

Hey all,Wondering if anyone else is encountering this. We often repurposes courses for multiple learning paths depending on the relevancy to the new Learning Path. When we first moved over to Ti, we were informed that if a learner completed a course outside of a Learning Path or in a different Learning Path, enrolling into a new Learning Path with that same course would automatically mark it as complete for them.Now that seems to no longer be the case. I’ve got a Learner who reports as completed in all 9 courses in a milestone, but the milestone only shows 2/9 complete. Anyone else experience this behavior? What’s your solution? Is there a way that I can set articles to enroll as soon as they are clicked...meaning, not display the detail page, but instead go right to the article? I have the always display detail page to learner selected so that our webinars show up with all the dates on one page, but I don’t really want our users to have to click a button to have to register to read a help article. How can I make it so they can go right into the article?

Wondering what the others in the community do to track when content or course needs to be reviewed for accuracy. What’s your tracking method and what’s your cadence?My team handles training content for technical software, and with the rapid developments of our product, it is always changing so we don’t want stale / inaccurate information existing. Curious what others do and looking forward to the reponses!

Has there been any changes as to when TI will be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant? I found some varying articles saying 2030 as a goal date, but that seems way too far out to be right. 

we have been doing many webinars recently (8 over the last 5 weeks).i received an email from the field that told me the 'add to google' wasn't working.  i tried my invitation and it did not work either. when you click 'add to google’ it takes you here.… it only seems to do this for webinars (we’re using Go-To) it always works fine for in person classes.have you guys seen this before?

We offer webinars through Go-To and connect them through Ti. It works well. Many times we have 150~200 students register for the webinar, and then 75~100 of them actually show up.It appears that folks that did not show up, still have the webinar listed on their dashboard (and it shows ‘ended’) even though the webinar has passed and they did not attend.Is there a way to remove these?Thanks  

I tried both of these code examples and neither one of them worked or did anything on my learner dashboards. Am I missing something that I should be doing beyond copying and pasting in the code and changing the colors to our branded colors? Am I supposed to add the class in myself with some other code somewhere? 

We want to send a survey to all of the learners who have taken a specific learning path, what would be the easiest way to gather their emails?

There seems to be something new on the learning path pages, both as a manager and as a learner. I logged into today to see this “Skip to main content” link overlaid randomly on the detail page of the learning path. When you click it, it bounces around. Are other people seeing this new link or is it just me? It doesn’t do anything and is also obstructing the images and other divs as it’s absolute positioning. If this is a new, permanent feature, I’d want to hide it. But if this is a glitch, I’d like to know if others are also experiencing this.  I know we’ve used the “.learning-path .absolute” class in our global code for other purposes, but this link is totally new. 

We’re looking for a solution that would allow our users to easily surface content on a specific page which contain links to release note documents. What we would like is a search tool that will find results in these documents and then take you directly to that spot on the page where the result was found. Right now, we can add a search to a Microcourse, but it will just show users the page the result it found on, which isn't very helpful if you are looking for a specific release note on a long page of notes.We cannot execute custom HTML on page because of content securituy policies. Are there another OOTB content or object type that would provide this outcome, or a plug-in, or any other custom solution your team can think of? 

Hey Ti Community!I’ve been going back and forth with Ti Support and my internal IT teams this past week on an issue we’ve encountered with our M365 Outlook/Exchange system “auto-clicking” the unsubscribe links to validate link safety and integrity. Has anyone experienced the following using SCORM Connect?We have Sublicenses within Panoramas that use SCORM Connect. We have received feedback from clients that learners are disabled in our TI Academy system but not in their own LMS. Note: We think it might be related to recertify action and revoked_access (the course being revoked from the learner’s access after recertification is triggered). However, TI support has told us “there’s no trigger in our system that would automatically deactivate a user upon recertification.” Question: Has anyone experienced users being disabled in their TI platform but not the 3rd party LMS? If so, can you provide how that is happening? 

Greetingshas anyone ever created a LOOK that can identify the percentage of the time a question was answered correctly? i can create a report that show pass percentage for an assessment, but i don’t see where to drill down to the questions level. thanks

I was able to replace a previous version of our certificate of completion, however, 2 labels are not pulling over: degree(s) and completion dateHere is the template (I know name is not centered yet): When viewing the certificate from a test account: Settings  > Certifications:    Learner reference 1 

When working on a widget.  You can simply add to class name, the word “hide” and the widget you are working on will not show to users.
