We offer webinars through Go-To and connect them through Ti. It works well. Many times we have 150~200 students register for the webinar, and then 75~100 of them actually show up.It appears that folks that did not show up, still have the webinar listed on their dashboard (and it shows ‘ended’) even though the webinar has passed and they did not attend.Is there a way to remove these?Thanks  

I tried both of these code examples and neither one of them worked or did anything on my learner dashboards. Am I missing something that I should be doing beyond copying and pasting in the code and changing the colors to our branded colors? Am I supposed to add the class in myself with some other code somewhere? 

We want to send a survey to all of the learners who have taken a specific learning path, what would be the easiest way to gather their emails?

There seems to be something new on the learning path pages, both as a manager and as a learner. I logged into today to see this “Skip to main content” link overlaid randomly on the detail page of the learning path. When you click it, it bounces around. Are other people seeing this new link or is it just me? It doesn’t do anything and is also obstructing the images and other divs as it’s absolute positioning. If this is a new, permanent feature, I’d want to hide it. But if this is a glitch, I’d like to know if others are also experiencing this.  I know we’ve used the “.learning-path .absolute” class in our global code for other purposes, but this link is totally new. 

We’re looking for a solution that would allow our users to easily surface content on a specific page which contain links to release note documents. What we would like is a search tool that will find results in these documents and then take you directly to that spot on the page where the result was found. Right now, we can add a search to a Microcourse, but it will just show users the page the result it found on, which isn't very helpful if you are looking for a specific release note on a long page of notes.We cannot execute custom HTML on page because of content securituy policies. Are there another OOTB content or object type that would provide this outcome, or a plug-in, or any other custom solution your team can think of? 

Hey Ti Community!I’ve been going back and forth with Ti Support and my internal IT teams this past week on an issue we’ve encountered with our M365 Outlook/Exchange system “auto-clicking” the unsubscribe links to validate link safety and integrity. Has anyone experienced the following using SCORM Connect?We have Sublicenses within Panoramas that use SCORM Connect. We have received feedback from clients that learners are disabled in our TI Academy system but not in their own LMS. Note: We think it might be related to recertify action and revoked_access (the course being revoked from the learner’s access after recertification is triggered). However, TI support has told us “there’s no trigger in our system that would automatically deactivate a user upon recertification.” Question: Has anyone experienced users being disabled in their TI platform but not the 3rd party LMS? If so, can you provide how that is happening? 

Greetingshas anyone ever created a LOOK that can identify the percentage of the time a question was answered correctly? i can create a report that show pass percentage for an assessment, but i don’t see where to drill down to the questions level. thanks

I was able to replace a previous version of our certificate of completion, however, 2 labels are not pulling over: degree(s) and completion dateHere is the template (I know name is not centered yet): When viewing the certificate from a test account: Settings  > Certifications:    Learner reference 1 

When working on a widget.  You can simply add to class name, the word “hide” and the widget you are working on will not show to users.  

 I don't see any way a student can cancel themselves from an in-person class session…What do you guys do? Ask them to send you an email to be cancelled? Did you create a cancellation confirmation email for them? thanks 

Hi! Apart from Bongo video assignments, is anyone else using rubrics? What solutions have you come up with for instructors to fill out rubrics and give comments to learners? Our use case is that learners deliver a presentation synchronously and we want instructors to be able to fill out rubrics and give comments afterwards, ideally without learners needing to take an action in the system (i.e., we don’t want to require them to “submit” an assignment since they already performed their assignment synchronously/outside of the platform).  But if that aspect isn’t achievable, we’d consider requiring the learner to do/”submit” something if it meant the instructor could fill out a rubric for it. TIA!Gabby

I have a certificate that is loaded in the CAM, and attached to several courses and learning paths. I have one student in particular that has completed the learning path, she sees her certificate in the student progress widget. When she clicks on “View Certificate” the screen flashes and returns her to her student dashboard. She doesn’t see the certificate. When I impersonate her, I cannot get to the certificate either. However, if I enter as another student, there is no problem - I see the certificate just fine.I have tried re-importing the certificate in the CAM, re-assigning the certificate in the learning path. and no luck… Any thoughts?  

hello everybody,happy wednesday.many of my customers have said that the little house icon (that takes them back home) is way to small and way to faint to catch their eye. has anyone figured out a way to change this? i’d like to make it larger and easier to see.thanks

We have a Learning path which contains over 200 e-learning modules. We’d like to open the training up for an entire panorama of learners, if they pay at a certain level. What is the Best way to manage this, taking into consideration that we need to:Expire access in 1 year after payment Track (report on) every learner who has started taking even just 1 e-learning during that payment year (noting that they may have access in a prior year, so reporting on Learning Path Progress isn’t helpful) NOT use Redemption or Registration codesWe’ve been thinking about using a sub-license to make it easy for expiration, but we would have to do a bulk upload to start out and no one else in the pano could access the training, unless they would know to message us to be put in the sub-license. That’s more work for both us and the customer. Plus, you can’t report on sub-licenses by themselves.

How are badges ordered on the dashboard widget? I can’t find any correlation between front end and back end.  

Hello Fellow Creative Thinkers!I am struggling with how to provide transcripts to accompany audio and video content. Ideally it would be easy for folks to find, but not “in their face” while also coexisting with the related content.How are you supplying transcripts to your learners?Here are a few possible ideas (but I haven’t tried any yet):Add the transcript to the Asset Manager/CAM and link to it from a text block on the page where the video/audio content exists Is there a way to “link” to the transcript in Wistia and embed that URL on the video/audio pageAs we delve further into accessibility, we want to provide transcripts in addition to the CC for videos, and somehow provide the transcript for an audio file.Let the fun begin!~ Ruthanne

Does anyone else experience problems when trying to reschedule an event ?  We find that if we edit an existing event date, the change is not automatically updated in the accounts of the registered students.Nearly all of our events are Virtual Learning events so I am not sure if this problem is unique to this event type of if it also occurs with other types (webinar for example).The work around is to delete the event and create a new one from scratch but this is not ideal. Rescheduling an event is basic function of an LMS, so I would expect it to be easy.  Has anyone else experience this or has a better (simpler) work around ? 

Has anyone made the switch to ecomm 2.0? Looking for some insight on the experience, particularly if you don’t have a sandbox, was the transition seamless or were there hiccups? We are nervous about such a big switch on the live site and what effects it could have on other parts of the system and just wondered if there were others who might be able to tell us things that could come up we hadn’t thought about. Any insight is appreciated! edit: *anyone - unable to edit the title :)

How can we force a catalog filter to be in numerical ascending order? The system reads 1, 11, 6 when it should read 1, 6, 11. I’ve tried adding spaces before the hyphen (ex: 6-11, 6 - 11). The value sort order in settings is “Ascending by name” which is supposed to be ordered based on name starting with '1' or 'a'. We have this issue with both time to complete and cost filters. Thanks!
