Has anyone had an issue with learners completing requirements for a course and the completion doesn’t register under the completion requirements section….but then I impersonate the learner as an admin and go to the section, I can see that they clicked on it because it shows “restart” screen and if I click on it, sometimes it registers the completion and other times I have to go though the section and it then it registers the completion. The example I am referring to is a case study SCORM file.
