 I don't see any way a student can cancel themselves from an in-person class session…

What do you guys do? Ask them to send you an email to be cancelled? Did you create a cancellation confirmation email for them? thanks

Currently there is only a one way integration between Zoom and TI, so if a learner cancels a meeting sent from either Zoom or TI for an event they have registered for, this information is not passed back to TI.
 

Unfortunately you are limited to depending on the learner to let you know that they cannot make the session. It is possible to use Javascript to create a button that a learner can click on to un-enroll from a course/ event they have enrolled in.

The javascript will need to pass the learner and course information to the following endpoint. 

https://api.thoughtindustries.com/#reset-course-progress
