Hey Ti Community!
I’ve been going back and forth with Ti Support and my internal IT teams this past week on an issue we’ve encountered with our M365 Outlook/Exchange system “auto-clicking” the unsubscribe links to validate link safety and integrity. In doing so, it’s causing users to automatically being unsubscribed from “Scheduled Deliveries” or even “Send Now” options.
I’m curious if anyone else has encountered this behavior in their environments and what was done to resolve it.
For context, in Outlook, we’ve added the following as safe senders:
- notifications@mail.thoughtindustries.com
- This is the one Scheduled Delivery comes from
- @thoughtindustries.com
- Blanket domain coverage
- success@thoughtindustries.com
- support@thoughtindustries.zendesk.com
- Ti Support emails come from this address
It’s been frustrating and I know there are laws in place to prevent “inconvenient unsubscribe methods” (CAN-SPAM ACT) so I’m not expecting Ti to overhaul their mailing platform. Hopefully someone has seen this behavior and found a resolution.
