Hey all,We seem to be having an issue with learner notifications and multiday events. We are trying to send reminder emails out 2 weeks, 1 week, and 1 day before the start of the session. Because there are 3 meetings in this session, our attendees end up getting 9 reminder emails + confirmation + follow up. Obviously this is too many emails, so we are looking into how to cut back on the number. We use pre/post learning which means that the session start date is set way before the actual meeting because we need people to access content and information ahead of time.Has anyone found a way to set up learner notifications for a course group that send based on the first meeting date in the session?

I’m embarking on a project to bring more context to our online offerings. We not only create our own content, but we host other content. We want to leverage the Detail Video on the Details page of the content to show the client what that particular learning path/content looks like.Has anyone used the Detail Video in this manner? If so, would you be willing to share links to your catalog?

Is anyone else having issues with their course reports not populating information? I know for a fact I have learners in this course who have completed content (because I confirmed it in the reporting hub) - but when I click into the actual individual course report all tabs are showing “no results.” Before I submit another ticket just want to see if this is a me issue or if others are seeing the same thing: 

Hello, I am trying to use a CSS code to modify a video widget in a specific dashboard layout. I used the CSS class names provided by TI. In sandbox it worked and I got the look i wanted, but once I moved the code in production I noticed that it was affecting all the videos, and I was not even used in a widget.My understandig of how we can use CSS to modify a widget is that you can create it in Design>Theme> Custom Code leave it there, and then use the classes you need in the widgets you want.I tried to use my own CSS classes (because I thought that maybe the ones provided by TI were used in TI code already) but they would not work.Am I missing something? is there anyone that had the same or similar issues with Custom Code and can suggest a solution or best practice?Thank you!Irene 

Hello,I am working on moving our professional certification pages into Ti. There is a hierarchy where some certifications require that you pass another one before being authorized to register. I have been planning to use the prerequisite feature for this. However, as I was setting up a proof of concept yesterday, I found that users can’t get to the details page at all if they don’t have the the prerequisite. I had expected that you could get to the details page but wouldn’t have the start button or something like that. 

Is there a way to remove the bookmark feature on courses? Our company uses SCORM and PPT files for courses, so the bookmark feature is not helpful to our learners. Is there a way to remove this feature from courses?

Hi folks, I’m trying to find the BEST way for our trainers to view the results of a test to:Monitor and see the whole class and their test grades as they complete the assessment See the individual questions for each learner, their answer, and if it was correct and incorrectHow do you do it?Built in report? I noticed that when we add a learner to a panorama, the access expiration date doesn’t show up until that learner enrolls in a course, then the access expiration shows up on their Access detail page as a License expiration.A couple questions:if they never enroll in a course, do they just stay in the Panorama forever? or until removed? if they enroll in more than 1 course, the course expiration is the same for all courses even if course start dates are different. So what happens after the expiration date? I know they lose access to their courses and they can still see their certificates, etc. Can they get another invitation to the Panorama and start courses again? Will that count as another seat?Thank you!

We have our invitation emails formatted with our logo and a banner across the bottom. On most emails, it appears properly, but some of our users get a huge version of the images….like the social media icons are the size of the screen. Anyone else experience this and if so, what are some options for us to make sure everyone is getting the properly formatted sizing on the email? Thanks! 

Hello all!Does anyone know what the logo requirements are? I need to give my designer specifications for what I need when adding a logo to our client panoramas and I cannot find that information anywhere in the Ti help documentation :( Only thing I can find is size, but not file type. Thanks!

We have a large number of eLearning courses (SCORM) uploaded to TI that include assessments. We are attempting to pull that assessment data (grades, passed/failed, questions and answers) but for eLearning courses this is only possible by going into the content section and pulling the SCORM report one course at a time which really is not possible with all the eLearning courses we have in TI. Does anyone have another solution? I could not find anything on the API page or the Help Center in TI on pulling SCORM reports on a large scale instead of one course at a time.

We love the Back to Learning Path link at top left of any learning path but my boss has asked if there is a way I can enforce or suggest the order that content should be completed.  I have added a “Next Item” button to the bottom of every article and course that is literally hard coded to the next item in sequence.  Here is that code if you are interested but please NOTE:  You will not want to release the content.  Just release the Learning Path.  If you release the content, it will have a next item button that is totally out of context outside the Learning Path.  Here is the Code.<p> </p><button onclick="window.location.href = 'https://sitetracker.thoughtindustries.com/learn/article/view-full-record-details';">Next Item</button>  

I’m hoping someone has worked with ecommerce products and knows where the “modal” description shows up. I know for sure it shows up in a collection detail page, but wasn’t sure if it shows up anywhere else?Thanks-

They've been showing up on our Content and Registration code pages so far that we have seen! We are absolutely not interested in seeing Ti ads when we’re trying to do work.Just to explain a bit, they’re breaking up our data lists on these pages - data, then ad, then back to our data. It just seems a bit obnoxious to me for Ti to do this - wondering what you all think? Or if no one else has seen these, maybe it’s a bug in our site only?? 

What does this advanced option do on a page? Does it allow you to update one page and that update applies to all pages that are an exact copy of the original page? I can’t find any documentation on it other than documents that just say that you can select it? What is it and how does it work?

Has anyone seen an increased interaction with your learning when using TI Communities?

Hello! Curious if anyone has any best practices about how to create custom reports in the reporting hub specifically for course level survey data. I am looking to be able to create one report (which I can filter by content title) and then see all of the survey questions and answers for each person in that course. This might be super easy to do - but I am just really struggling with how to make this happen! Any guidance is appreciated!

How do you all handle custom requests from customers? I thought my company was pushing the limits of what Ti can do, but some of my customers have really out paced us. Whether it is design of the panorama, course or how an assessment is graded, they all have different ideas and needs.
