SCORM Reporting Data

We have a large number of eLearning courses (SCORM) uploaded to TI that include assessments. We are attempting to pull that assessment data (grades, passed/failed, questions and answers) but for eLearning courses this is only possible by going into the content section and pulling the SCORM report one course at a time which really is not possible with all the eLearning courses we have in TI. Does anyone have another solution? I could not find anything on the API page or the Help Center in TI on pulling SCORM reports on a large scale instead of one course at a time.

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but have you talked with your CSM about the BI Connector offering? It has two tables in it that might be useful to you - Scorm Attempts and Scorm Attempt Responses. My organization does not utilize assessments very much so I cant speak from experience but both look like they include the info you are looking for.

I appreciate your response, Christopher. We are in the process of trying to get the BI Connector setup but its not clear at this time if this is something we will be able to do. On the course-level when you pull up reporting for an eLearning course (SCORM) it shows a SCORM Attempts table. That table includes the users email address, their submission time, score (grade), passed (yes/no), questions, answers and result (correct/incorrect). It would be great if this data was available in the Reporting Hub but I am happy to hear that if we do manage to get the BI Connector setup it could help us with this issue. Thank you very much!
