I have a question for the community, how do you manage your class scheduling for the teachers/instructors?
We currently rely on Google Calendar, but it can be challenging to visualize the allocations and availability of the instructors at scale.

I’ve used shared calendars in Outlook, as well. But honestly, the best was a spreadsheet, because at the time, everything was 3.5 hours, twice daily. It was all color-coded by instructor.
We have one person on our team who does the scheduling and she uses our team Google Calendar and our personal calendars to schedule our consistent weekly/monthly trainings. She has a spreadsheet where everyone can see the schedule, but she also sends us a Google Calendar invite for the dates and times she schedules us.
She drops the webinar ID in the spreadsheet and I use that to create the events in TI for our users to register.
