Hi @jeannehurtz! I’d like to hear the options you ended up exploring in this case.
Although we do not yet have a similar case at hand, I am confident it will come up sooner or later while taking more Panorama clients in use. Would be helpful to have an understanding on how to troubleshoot that case instead of starting from the zero at the time.
