Return to Management - unable to access site

 

After previewing a page, I cannot log back in to the management backend because the system thinks I am a learner and I get redirected to the sign-in portal that is external to TI. I tried logging via another device and the system still thinks I am a learner and I get the redirect. 

Another manager logged in and after previewing a page, she got caught in the same loop. Now we have two managers locked out.

Clearing the browser cache doesn’t do it. How do we get TI to recognize the manager sign-in again? 

/learn/manager/ does not get us there.

We recommend you start a support ticket HERE for additional investigation. It seems your SSO login may be breaking your dual role.

Thank you. I think we found what was overriding the return to management.
