Hi there,

If this is already a feature, please send me the link with more information.

I would like to know if this LMS offers a more user-friendly way to organize the questions bank. We are currently running six different classes, and it would be extremely helpful to categorize the question bank within the question library by folders, such as Security+, Network+, CompTIA A+, and ITF+. Classes are running twice a year and we change the quizzes every cohort.

Is it possible to do this? At the moment, the question bank is only organized by quiz name, which makes it challenging to manage.

Please let me know if there's a solution for this.

Thank you!

Hi Rubiela,

This is possible by creating categories for your questions, I thought it easier to show you how to do this via a video rather than put it into words.

PLease see a link below and let me know if you have any additional questions

Hi Jon

Thank you for replying to my message and creating a video. Unfortunately, the approach shown in the video doesn’t work for our LMS setup. We create different test categories, such as CompTIA A+, with subcategories like Estimation, Validation, and Evaluation quizzes, which cannot be grouped together as shown in the video.

It would be beneficial if there were a way to create a main folder for each certification and then have subfolders for each quiz inside. However, putting all questions into one folder doesn’t align with our structure and won’t work for us.

Thank you for your understanding!

Best regards,

HI Rubiela,

Thank you for the additional context, this is really helpful. Unfortuntely we dont have that double layer folder structure available.

This would be a great candidate for a Feature Suggestion for our Product team to evaluate and for other customers to review and upvote if it would benefit them.

You can submit your suggestions HERE

Thanks a lot and Happy Thankgiving

Jon
