Certification incentive program?

There is no native functionality whereby a learner receives a code they can use to purchase merchandise from the academy.

I have one client who worked with our Professional Services team to create  a trigger system (like Workato) to create a redemption code on the award of a certificate and to include this Redemption code in the Congratulations email. This redemptoin code could them be used to purchase a piece of merchandise of their choosing (configured as Microcourses and only visible on a custom page). He has not pursued this yet but if you would like to talk to our PS team to workshop how this could be achieved I can arrange it.

Another option using native code would be to have a Manager Notification below configured to fire every time a learner completes a course, and sends an email to a member of staff who can reach out to the learner to arrange sending of the merchandise.

One limitation we came across with a fully automated system is that the learners home address is not always recorded in TI so someone needs to reach out to confirm the address anyway.
