We are looking into ways to start tracking the skills learned in each course and how learners can show they completed courses on these skills.
Looking for ideas, or how anyone else may have this currently surfaced to learners.
How to track skills?
We could us in platform gamification however, this would need to be set per course and that would be hard to manage. Would you imagine this having skill points set per course, to the point of earning a badge after accumulating? And is this something that can be trackable in LinkedIn so they can show employers?
