Different notifications based on panorama?

We allow our employees, as well as partners, and also customers, to sign up for our Event based courses. These groups are all in different panoramas. But for our employees, we would like to notify them upon enrollment that we might need to kick them out for a partner or customer to take their spot, and that they should cancel if they end up not being able to attend.Is it possible to notify just people in one panorama (all with @hyland.com email addresses) about this? I wasn’t able to see a way, but thought I’d ask the Community in case I overlooked something. Thank you.

How can I make certain Content Products visible/available only to subscription learners?

Hi, we are using the subscription model where currently all e-learning courses are available to those purchasing the subscription. These products are also available for a la carte purchases. We use tags to add content to subscriptions (assigning a designated tag to all new products that should be available as part of the subscription as well as visible in the general catalog).We would like to have certain new elearning and microlearning products available only as part of a subscription, and not in the general catalog. We tried assigning a new tag to these products and adding content to subscriptions using this tag (in additional to the regular tags). However, these content products are not visible in the learner dashboard of a subscription learner. It seems that only by making them visible in the general catalog (like all the other content products) they become available to subscription learners and then non-subscription learners cannot enroll.Is there a way to add specific elearning o

Ecomm2.0 - Anyone made the switch to the new eComm?

Has anyone made the switch to ecomm 2.0? Looking for some insight on the experience, particularly if you don’t have a sandbox, was the transition seamless or were there hiccups? We are nervous about such a big switch on the live site and what effects it could have on other parts of the system and just wondered if there were others who might be able to tell us things that could come up we hadn’t thought about. Reporting on Subscriptions

I’m trying to create a report that shows which learners are associated with different subscriptions we’ve setup. While assigned subscriptions are reflected in the Access section of the learner profile, I’m having difficulty finding the associated data field in the Reporting Hub. Does anyone have suggestions or have experience building similar reports? The default Subscription Transaction Log isn’t helpful in this situation as it only reflects paid subscription purchases and not any associated with registration codes.

With the new Tag Manager and Tag Reporting, is there a way to see all Content Tags assigned to a Sublicense via a report?

As the title says, I want to run a report against specific Panos to pull their sublicenses and the associated tags with those sublicenses.We are looking at restructuring some of the sublicenses and I’d rather not have to go through each one jot down every Content tag assigned to that sublicenses. Main Sublicense in Pano

So I copied a panorama and was cleaning up the sublicenses that I didn’t need and accidentally deleted the “main” sublicense that is automatically created for every panorama. Can I continue to use this panorama? or should I copy/create another pano that will still have the “main” sublicense? Can I create a new “main” sublicense and be ok?All I could find in documentation is Dov saying “I highly recommend you never delete this sublicense...” (in this video: https://academy.thoughtindustries.com/learn/video/fundamental-platform-training-panorama-on-demand) But I don’t know if I can recreate it successfully - does it have some magic in it that cannot be recreated? Is there any documentation on this “main” sublicense and if it is so important, why can it be deleted?Thanks for any help you can offer me-

How to transition from a gated academy to an ungated academy?

Hello TI Community!I am currently exploring the transition of our site from a gated experience to a more open, public format. My goal is to allow users to discover the site while still requiring them to log in to access content. Has anyone in the community successfully made this shift to a public site? If so, I would greatly appreciate any best practices or tips you could share regarding the process. We’ve got some custom Javascript on our public homepage, which creates a form that pops up and asks users to enter information in a few different fields. We’d like to then have the “Submit” button email that form data to a specific e-mail inbox. Anyone else doing something similar, and if so, how did you configure it?

New Attendance Report - How to sort by date?

On the new release email, I see that there is a new report for meeting attendance….“You can now access all of your meeting rosters in one place. Our data engineering team has created a new dashboard that combines enrollment and attendance (roster) records for all meetings, including ILT and VILT meeting types with automated and manual attendance. Use this report to pull all attendance for a single learner, a course, or a specific period of time.Find the new “Learner Attended Meetings” dashboard by visiting Reporting Hub > Library.”Am I missing where to filter this by date? It is only showing back to the start of February for me and I don’t see how to adjust the dates?

Using Power BI Embedded in TI

We have an interesting use case for our TI platform. We would like to be able to provide access to Power BI Embedded through the LMS. The Power BI Embedded would take the user to a Power BI report dashboard that has been customized for our learners (not TI data). Has anyone done this before? If so, how?

Learners somehow bypassing the onboarding survey or data not saving?

Hi There!Although minimal in contrast to the volume of registrations we receive, we’re finding that a number of users have somehow been able to complete their learning path (or courses) but have not submitted any onboarding survey data (no data on the user record and no data in onboarding survey reports).The only thing I can think of is that these users were either able to somehow bypass the survey or that the data is not saving in some cases for some reason.For context, we have several questions in our onboarding survey, most of which are required. As I understand it, there really shouldn’t be a way to skip the onboarding survey. Could this be the result of a spotty or dropped connection or perhaps some sort of browser setting, firewall/add-blockers, etc.?Has anyone ever ran into this? Aside from conducting 1:1 with users (which would likely be hard to replicate anyway) any thoughts on potential causes or pathways for further investigation?

Adding SMEs to Content

Hello Fellow Ideators! We’re newer to TI, and our content library is growing quickly. Does anyone use the TI Platform to track and report subject matter experts or key contacts for a piece of content? Ideally we’d like to track who the SME is for each piece of content so we can:run a report contact the SME identify if updates are needed or the content should be retiredall in TI instead of tracking this via Excel or something else outside of the system.Digging through the various types of content, I didn’t see a field we could use for an SME that isn’t visible to the learners.We already use the Author field to display pricing (we cannot use the CC eCommerce). We do not have a separate content management system (outside of TI or OneDrive/local networks). We actively use Courses, Micro Learning, Videos, Learning Paths, and upload PDFs that we’d want to review annually.🤔 Do you track SMEs for pieces of content in Thought Industries? If so where/how? If not, how do you manage your content

Site Visit report w/ filters

SSO URLs

We have SSO set up for our instance and would like to be able to share links for content for our users that would direct them to the SSO login rather than the TI login and then redirect them to the content we listed. I have talked to one person who has this set up for their org using a SSO URL Generator, but I wanted to see if others were doing this and if so, how you set it up? Thanks!

Add to Outlook Calendar link opens sign in page and not invitation

Hi, have you ever encountered an error with Learner Notifications that have Outlook calendar link? Add to Google works fast and fine, Download ICS does the job as well, but Add to Outlook calendar link opens Outlook web version sign in page. Even for logged in users with web version open it still does not direct to invitation that can be added to Outlook calendar. While testing from other devices I can see this working but cannot fix for myself, what browser or Outlook restrictions could cause this?

SCORM Connect Errors & Fixes

We are having some issues with SCORM Connect with a few of our customers. We are not alone in having some issues and would love to hear from other users who may be experiencing this issue or have found a fix for it. One of the issues is that the SCORM zip file has a .swf included and the customer LMS blocks any .swf uploads. The other issue is that customers are having trouble with the file sending the completion data to their LMS. It loads and they can use it, but if they leave the course mid-way or complete it, it either marks it as failed, or doesn’t send back any data. It appears that there is some information not being included in the SCORM Connect file. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues and interested in exploring some solutions with us.
