I’d like to set up a page with just a calendar list of our upcoming VILT sessions and I can do that, however, I’d also like to remove the View Details option and just display the date and time and title of the sessions. 

This is for our internal team to see our upcoming trainings, but I don’t want anyone to be able to click View Details or to try to register via that page. 

Any ideas on how I can remove the View Details option from the Catalog widget?

To confirm what you are looking to achieve here, a learner has enrolled in a list of events (or were enrolled by manager / panorama) and when they click on the Calendar view they can see the events in chrionological order, see below

 

Your requirement is to hide the “View Details” button, correct?

If this is the case i have two questions:

  1. If the learner goes back to the Grid View, you want them to have access to click the “View Details” botton?
  2. For these internal users, are they in a separate panoramo so you want the “View Details” button to be hidden only for learners in a specific Panorama?

It sounds like a potential CSS task. I will wait to see if anyone in the community has done this or has the code to be able to do so.

  1. I don’t want a Grid view, just the calendar view and no View Details ever on this page. 
  2. No, they don’t exist in our system, which is why I want a view only public page that we can send them to.

This is just for our CS Team to be able to see upcoming training dates and times to recommend to their customers. The team doesn’t need to register for any of the sessions, just see the title, date, and time.
