Hello! Reporting is still a new foreign concept to me - I have a customer looking for a report on what courses their Learner has not completed yet. Any tips or tricks to getting started with this ask.
Customer is in its own Panorama.
Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @chetler-findlay - we usually do this via a Pano by: Reporting - Create - Learner Content & Progress - “What % complete are my learners with a particular item?” - from there you can filter the report for anything less than 100% complete and save it as a “Look” for easy reference later via the tab with the same name at the top of the “Create” page.
There are some other ways to do this in the Create section (such as looking at Content Actions) but this is probably one of the easiest.
When saving your Look do so in the “Group” folder - that way if other users have access to reporting they will be able to use it as well. “My Folder” is private to just you.
