Is anyone else using the Ti-Zendesk app? We really like it, it’s so useful to see in real-time what Ti courses a customer is enrolled in without needing to navigate to a separate system. We are interested in doing some holistic analysis of customer tickets about Ti courses. For this we would like to get essentially a list of tickets + the associated Ti courses. Has anyone found a way to do this? TIA!

I need to know more about this! Where can I find more info?
