We run our business by making templates for courses at the main school and allowing pano admins to copy those templates and modify their delivery. This works great. We do have a few pieces of content that we use reg codes for that we do not want admins to be able to edit. Specifically, these are ebooks that we put into courses and provision to all with reg code. We pull the reg code report and bill each pano each month. It works well. 

I just discovered a few copies of these ebook courses that were made that are no longer attached to reg codes (since it was a copy) and they are being given to learners without being tracked on the report. Big issue here internally. It would be great if we had the ability to lock down a piece of content from being copied so that people couldn’t find ways around being billed.
