Hello, 

We are just past our onboarding and beginning to figure out  the Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) required for our ongoing projects with Thought Industries. We are wondering how small companies, (our team is 20 people), structure their staff and allocate resources specifically for authoring and managing Thought Industries work. Do you have one dedicated person? Do you share the load across multiple people? Can anyone offer recommendations or share your experiences?
