Wondering if anyone uses subscriptions and how you’re using them - we launched our subscription last month and it’s been quite the process. Hoping to gain ideas and insights that might help from someone who has been using them successfully.
Any examples or ideas you can share?
We are only using subscriptions as a way to have a recurring payment for panoramas. I don’t think we are using them the way TI intends - the buyer gets access to 1 course upon first and recurring payments automatically, then we create & maintain the pano manually.
fyi - there is no way to get data on subscription cancellations that I can find. All the reports only show purchases. There is a manager notification for subscription cancellations, but unfortunately it relies on a webhook & we use Zapier, which sometimes is unreliable. I have submitted as a suggestion to add this to Reports:
