Has anyone made the switch to ecomm 2.0? Looking for some insight on the experience, particularly if you don’t have a sandbox, was the transition seamless or were there hiccups? We are nervous about such a big switch on the live site and what effects it could have on other parts of the system and just wondered if there were others who might be able to tell us things that could come up we hadn’t thought about.

 

Any insight is appreciated!

I will reach out to the Customer Success team to see if they are aware of anyone who has made the transition yet.
I know a few new clients have gone live directly with E-Comm 2.0 without transition.

 

From the clients I spoke to, they are waiting until there is parity between E-Comm 1.0 and E-Comm 2.0 before making the move.
Parity will be available shortly so keep an eye on the Community updates and i will also keep you updated.
