How can we force a catalog filter to be in numerical ascending order? The system reads 1, 11, 6 when it should read 1, 6, 11. I’ve tried adding spaces before the hyphen (ex: 6-11, 6 - 11). The value sort order in settings is “Ascending by name” which is supposed to be ordered based on name starting with '1' or 'a'.

We have this issue with both time to complete and cost filters. Thanks!

Hi @luminova

I have forwarded this ticket to the Support team to have a look and see why this is happening, the ticket ID is https://thoughtindustries.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/70688

Can you please confirm what your instance URL is so the team will be able to troubleshoot it.

Please follow the ticket in the support center for any updates.

Warmest regards

Hi @luminova

See below the answer from the support team

Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for providing the instance URL.

I did some test on my end and it seems to work when I put an extra '0' in front of the numbers as below:

I hope this helps. Let me know if you've any further questions, I'd be happy to assist!

Kind Regards,
Amanda

@jonsynnott

This is great information - but can you confirm that I would need to go into EVERY course that has this filter on it and change the field for each one? Any way to make this change globally?

I have about 100 courses that would need updated.

@jonsynnott  apparently the new bulk feature will help me with this update! You can disregard my previous message. Thanks-
