Has anyone figured out how to run a report to find out if gifted purchases have been redeemed or not? I’m struggling to find a field that will help me with that. I’m hoping it’s obvious and I’m just missing it!

Hey Julie!  I’m wondering the same thing. I can get the gift email address, but not their first and last name, which is important for my reporting needs. Have you had any luck since you posted this question?


@slever - unfortunately not. 

Only thing we have done is we track the Invite emails and I did notice that you could probably add the last name of the gift recipient to the email using translations (Hi %{firstName} {lastName}) - so that might help you?
