Hi @cjackson
Can you please send me the URL to your dashboard page and the name of the dashboard.
Also can you please outline what you have not been able to get working, there are a number of datapoints mentioned above so the more information you can provide about a field you cannot pull in, or a data point you cannot filter in would be really helpful.
If it is easier to take a Loom or record a zoom to show me the challenge that would be great.
Thanks a lot
Jon
@Thought Industries @cjackson Start here. Reports / Library / Ecommerce / Content Transactions Log. That is the fifty cent answer. Hope this helps.
We also would love to be able to track things like this. For example, a user gets a subscription. Then I want to see a report for everyone that has that subscription currently, as well as a report on what actions anybody who owns that subscription takes.

Hi @giovanna.orlando
The above report is most likely possible but i would need to know more details on what details you would like to see based on learners who have purchased a subscription.
The report would have to be a merge of two separate reports (Subscriptions and another depending on what you need)
Unfortunately creating merged reports is not something i can do and would have to go through the Professional Services team.
If you are interested in having a converstion with someone in the PS team to confirm that the information you require can be pulled into a report I am happy to arrange it.
Warmest regards
Jon
@jonsynnott thank you. I’ll check with the owners of the project if they are interested/have budget for that.
Hi @cjackson
As per our meeting, unfortunately it is not possible to have three reports in a dashboard, and have the results from the first report become filters for the second two.
However using the Ref fields to track coupons used you can filter on that Ref field to see what content has been consumed by learners who redeemed a coupon.
If you have any further questions please let me know.
kind regards
Jon

Hi @giovanna.orlando ,
After having a conversation earlier there may be an easier way to pull the data that you require without having to go down the route of merging reports.
You could note in one of the Ref fields which Subscription (if there are more than one) the learner has subscribed to, so you can then run a report on content actions and filter only on learners who have the identified Subscription Learner Red field populated.
It does involve a small amount of manual effort to add the value to the Learner Ref field but this is something that you could do without the need of the PS team.
I just wanted to give you another option to consider.
Kindest regards
Jon
Thanks Jon, we did consider this option, but decided against it, because it would be purely manual work to add the field, and also remove it on the exact date of when their subscription expires.
Hi @giovanna.orlando ,
That makes a lot of sense and I agree it is not the ideal scenario, but I was trying to see if I could save you some dollars of you dont have budget.. The merged report is the better option but unfortunately does require Merging reports.
If you have the internal skillset to merge reports in Looker you could try to create the report. Otherwise, if the team has budget we could call in our PS team as discussed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best
Jon
I think I’ll have to try to merge reports myself. I remember seeing it in an office hours one time, so I’ll give it a shot.
Super, if you need some guideance please let me know, and I will help where I can with my limited knowledge of merging
Kind regards
Jon
