Native integration with Credly

Hi everyone!  We are considering using the native Ti to Credly integration but need to do testing to be sure we get the expected results.  We are being told by Ti support that the Ti sandbox cannot connect to Credly sandbox.  Have others had this experience?  If so, how did you test things?  Testing something new between production environments is not at all normal or really very excepted in the IT world.

We set up in production and tested there. But, we don’t use a sandbox for TI, so that wasn’t an option. We did have a sandbox in Credly though and that did not work. It had to be a live account for it to work.

Thanks for the input Lisa!  Any problems so far or is it all running as expected?

It works, but is limited, honestly. It only allows you to add one badge to one piece of content and then sends the completion status to Credly. Pretty simple, so it works, however, we are not able to do everything we want to do with it because it doesn’t support anything else.

I have a suggestion in the community about allowing us to add a badge to more than one piece of content or, allowing us to use and/or statements to assign badges to content. Feel free to upvote it or add any other Credly use cases for TI to review. Other people are struggling to get it to handle expirations and renewals.
