We currently have a Panorama we use for internal company training.
We are looking for the best way to empower an employee manager to enroll/assign employees content as well as see progress of the employees on their team via a reporting dashboard. I realize we can create a custom role for managers, but I’m afraid we’d have to provide them too much training on the back end areas instead of just serving up the quick reports they’d need.
Has anyone successfully done this and provided a “self serve reporting dashboard” without giving the managers access to too much of the admin area and totally overwhelming them with the back end of TI?
Any ideas or recommendations are welcome!
