Removing users from Admins Roles

Hello,

I am using several test users to test functionalities in the platform.

I assigned a dual role to one of my test accounts, and now I want to remove that dual role (So I want the test account to show into the learner bucket, not into one of the admins roles buckets).

I tried choosing the  “Learner” role from the drop down menu, but I get an error message.

Is there a way for me to move delete the dual role feature from the account or move the account back to only be a learner and not having a dual role?

Good Morning!

I was just battling with this yesterday and also cannot find how to remove the learner role from the dual role setup! Will be curious to see others feedback. Thank you for asking!
