Hi to the world of TI experts.

I am working on building a learning path with microlearning and VILT events. Now I want to hand over the instance to a client admin to continually add sessions to the “existing” vilt events, so they show up in the calendars.

The only role I have seen that has this ability is a full admin - even customizing that role eliminates the ability to add a session…Notice the “Create Session” ability.

Admin View:

Other views (either a customized Admin or a panorama specific view

What role permission is required for the “Create Session” to appear in the Client View.

Thanks!

Good Morning!

I recently experienced something similar with a Learning Path I had created for a specific Panorama client. My intention was to build the customer the core Learning Path, allowing them to make the necessary edits and changes. However, I have recently learned that because I as the site Admin had created the Learning Path, my customer was not able to modify since I the Main-Site Admin created it. My customer would first have to Copy the Learning Path to make the appropriate edits they needed, which would be my recommendation for you to try. If you are able to Copy the Learning Path, maybe the Pano will have the needed functionality.

However, I will also say maybe I misunderstood the functionality and there is a way for the Pano to be able to modify the original Learning Path. For my use case, I was not able to find a solution.

Hope that helps a little!

Thank you!
