We are looking for a solution for setting the completion criteria for Programs. How to set up completion criteria in Events when we have 5 meetings in Event but the principle is that the participants need to take part in 80% of meetings (so any 4 out of the 5) to pass the Program? I do not see the way to set it up in the Completion Criteria fields, I can only set participation in selected meetings. Thank you!

One option is to set up a Learning Path with 5 separate course items, each containing a single meeting, and then configure completion as any 4 of 5. This approach gives you a “y of n” style requirement, but it does require separate events rather than one event with multiple meetings.
If you’re working with a single event that has multiple meetings, you can select specific meetings as completion requirements, but unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in way to do a “y of n” setup in that structure.
Another alternative is using Pre/Post content where you can require learners to complete a percentage of the content (like 80%). Keep in mind, though, that this approach ensures they viewed the content, but doesn’t guarantee they actually attended each meeting.
