Is there anything that can be done when a user encounters the following message:

"An embedded Page @scorm.thoughtindustries.com says A FATAL ERROR HAS OCCURED, COMMUNICATIONS HAS BEEN LOST".

I’m aware that this may be an Amazon web services issue, but we’re having customers complaining about getting this message, and we don’t have an answer for them other than to wait.

Hi Madeline, if you haven’t already done so, this looks like a good question for Support, in case they need to dig into it the specific case of this issue.
